It’s been few days i come here to get breakfast after i finish my job at 5AM,the girl at the counter always says that the system is doing maintenance and doesn’t allow to take any orders. The time frame she gave me when i ask is 15-20 minutes to not take any orders. I have been to many subway’s they never said anything about any maintenance. Today was my last time and didn’t get the food I’m never coming back to this place.

I love this Subway. I oftenly visit this location and there is a girl working I guess her name is Inder. She is always there welcoming with a big smile on her face. Her way to deal the customer is imoressive. I would like to go there again when I pass by.

This is not the first time this has happened. I have experienced similar issues multiple times (around three times) at this location, and it has been the same staff member each time.
The store is listed as 24 hours, yet at 3:30 AM I was told to wait one hour for a sandwich, while other customers ordered before me and were already eating. One customer even received their order during this time.
The oven screen showed “shutting down”, which normally only takes a few minutes, not an hour.
I was also told card payment was not working and that I had to wait five minutes, but this was only mentioned after my sandwich was already made. While waiting, the food became cold, and since I don’t carry cash, I had no other option but to wait.
This repeated situation shows poor communication and poor management, especially for a 24-hour location.

I’ve never had an issue here till today. I made a mobile order while in store. He knew I made it as he addressed it multiple times. Yet he served a customer who walked in after I already put my order and was waiting. So I waited in line to reserve my spot, he kicks me out of line saying “you have the mobile order right”. Then serves the woman who walked in 5 minutes after I made the order And now a 3rd customer walked in. If he serves him before me. I’m actually going to lose my shit.
Update he served the 3rd customer before me. It’s been 15 minutes of me being in store waiting on 2 sandwiches. I got angry and called him out. He says my order was for 7:30 it’s now 7:28 and he hasn’t even started.
The order being for 7:30 is when you can expect it done. Not serve every other customer first and put it off till last thing.
The level of disrespect to ignore my order in store for over 20+ minutes.
Worst experience I ever had with subway. Recently ordered veggie subway from this location from uber and got the worst one. It was not toasted and the cheese was raw. Also it was worst in taste.
