I was waiting in line the mam in front of me ordered his sub I asked the lady if I could have the washroom key to go while I waited for my turn she said she had to open the door for me and I had to wait while she made his order it is DISGUSTING THAT A GROWN MAN needs permission frpm a subway employee to open the door for them I am not homeless person I am a paying customer this is not the way you treat paying customers

I ordered a footlong veggie sub yesterday and saved half for lunch today. Unfortunately, when I took the last few bites of the leftover sub, I found a short hair stuck between my teeth. I’m unsure if I ate the hair earlier in the second-to-last bite, but I definitely noticed it in my last bite. This isn’t the first time I’ve had such an issue with this restaurant, though I didn’t post a review. I’m very disappointed and will not be ordering from this restaurant again. Just a tip—if you order, be careful with every bite!!!

Vegetarian options: I am a regular at this subway location, this location particularly is my go to because the staff is friendly, welcoming and always fast with service. The food is always fresh and for the vegetarians they change their gloves without making a request.

I went to this subway a lot of time. The staff is friendly and the service is fast.
I recently ordered the Subway Series Big Veggie Patty, which comes with extra cheese and i asked for extra onions, and sauce. When I received it, none of my extras were added. I went to the counter to address the issue, but the staff told me they "have formulas" and couldn’t add extras on everything. If I were there in person to order, and would have asked for extra ingredients on my sandwich which the main selling point of subway, they would have refused me? Why can't be the online orders made correctly.

I had an awful experience at the subway today. The female staff at the time of 11:00 pm was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I asked a simple question about the menu, the employee seemed annoyed and barely acknowledged me. There was no politeness or effort to help, and it felt like I was bothering them just by being there. The service was slow, and they didn’t seem to care about any of the customers. It's disappointing because a good food court experience relies on friendly service, but unfortunately, that was not the case here. I won’t be returning anytime soon."

The customer service sucks here. Such a rude lady. Thats my second time with same lady working in the evening and same kind of rude behaviour. If she doesn’t want to work she can change her job but one should not ruin someones mood. Horrible service never coming back now. Thanks for ruining night.
