The employee did a great job making the sub, genuinely better than most experiences I’ve had.
But I need to ask this, why is your machine prompting customers to tip when the employee doesn’t even receive the tip and it goes to the owner instead?
People tip because they believe an individual did a good job or provided good service. Your machine nudges customers to tip under that assumption, while most people have no idea the money isn’t going to the worker at all.
That’s misleading at best. If tips don’t go to the person who actually made the food or provided the service, that should be made crystal clear.
Customers shouldn’t have to ask whether their tip is going to the employee or the owner, but apparently here they do. Very strange practice

If you like brown soggy lettuce this is the place to go! Nothing fresh, chicken tasted off (probably old aswell). Would not recommend worst subway I've ever had.

Gurleen made my subs today and she was friendly, attentive, and listened carefully to how I wanted everything prepared. She made the subs exactly the way I asked and, most importantly, she did not skimp on the veggies. That is one of the main reasons I enjoy going to Subway, and she delivered on quality.
I am giving 4 stars only because the prices have gone up, and consistency can be an issue at times. Too often the subs are not made with the amount of vegetables requested, which is frustrating when you are paying more. Today I felt happy and honestly a bit lucky to have someone who understands that quality should match the price.

Excellent service by Gursimram, It was almost closing time and I requested a meatball sandwich, there weren't any left... Seeing my utmost disappointment, Gursimram actually went and made some meatballs for me. She made my day! Really appreciate customer service like this! Will definitely be coming back.

My significant other went to this Subway and it was an absolute terrible experience. He ordered a rotisserie chicken bowl. This was what he got. First of all half of the items that were supposed to be in the bowl, weren’t. Then the mediocre portion that was given was unreal. Never will go here again!! Ridiculous.

Worst subway and I let them know. It took 3 staff members just to cut my sandwich and that’s just where the struggle began. I ended up having to walk out as I am not paying for that service or quality. As they were confused and asked why I no longer wanted my meal I explained to them that the service I received from the start was horrible.

I never like to write bad reviews but this is one store that really needs warning! This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a subway. Genuinely the worse customer service and portion size ever. For reference I ordered a wrap and attached is an image of what I received. Even after asking for more toppings, the employee would barely put anything on. We got overcharged for chips and a drink combo after we clarified that WE DID NOT want any explicitly stating no several times. Not once did the employee apologize. The manager helped resolved the issue but again the customer service was just awful with a big lack of empathy and knowledge about what he was doing himself.

I got my sandwich made, and went to pay with a $50 dollar bill. The girl had to call her manager or owner to verify the bill. She started to take pictures of it and sends them to him for verification, and then waited for him to verify if it’s real was real or not. I ended up waiting several more minutes as they discussed the bill on the phone.
If the owner is concerned with counterfeit bills maybe he should invest in a detection machine or train his staff on how to handle cash properly.
This was uncomfortable and unprofessional. I really was disappointed and decided to take my money back and leave.

Been to this location a couple times , been many years since my last visit , owner incredibly cheap .
3 tomato’s , 4 pickles , 4 cucumbers , 4 leafs spinach , pretty sure the toaster isn’t on to actually heat the sandwiches . Doesn’t give out bags with subs . Incredibly cheap . I know why I never went back after my first visit !!!

The lady working made sure to level the scoop of steak to ensure i got barely any on the $15 sub i bought. I havent been back since. go to Mr Sub instead.
That’s why the review rating is low—the customer service is absolutely terrible.
