Went in for lunch. The lettuce appeared slimy and brown. I asked for them to use different lettuce. The guy working started to argue that it was fine and all the lettuce is the same . I left and went to glow subs, they had fresh ingredients and better customer service. I will not be back.

I am doing online orders 2 to 3 times a week and these guys are making great sandwiches and bowls exactly as i mentioned in my orders. Food is super tasty, proportion of sauce is good and guys working there are so friendly with great customer service. Highly recommended🔥

I visited this location recently and was quite disappointed with the service. The staff member (an Indian gentleman wearing glasses, possibly Gujarati) seemed disinterested in his work and wasn’t attentive to my order. I ordered a footlong, but he didn’t listen to what I requested and even missed adding the sauces I asked for. I expected better professionalism and customer service from this store.

Subway on 247 Centennial Pkwy N in Hamilton is a great place to stop by for a bite to eat. It is well located adjacent to Wendy’s, dry cleaners, Popeye supplements, as well as many other amenities, including Circle K, Dollarama, and other retail outlets. The interior is modern, clean with plenty of seating. The staff is very friendly and professional. They prepareda southwest avocado salad as well as a chicken teriyaki salad in a matter of minutes. Great experience overall. There’s plenty of free parking as well.

Very poor customer experience. I poured every drink from the fountain, and it came out as water and there was no ice. Then they didn't understand how their own coupons worked and told me after I already ordered based on the other coupon for which I had to pay separately because it wasnt applicable. The manager can barely speak or understand English giving me a hard time to explain what I wanted. Don't go here go to a different spot.
