Ordered a ham sandwich and presented a coupon for free drink and chips, meal still came out to over $16, they added the cost of chips and drink back on after scanning coupon. Cashier seemed to know and understand very little english so issue could not be resolved. Not enough Canadian workers.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway location. The service was extremely poor, and the staff was quite rude. The person at the front counter, who seemed to struggle with English, didn’t even know the names of basic meat and vegetable items. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

We usually go here for our subs, but it’s extremely unfortunate that they no longer have regular MUSTARD as a condiment for your sandwich, we will be going to another sub shop for now on, Bring back mustard and you might bring back

So I don't eat red meat an I asked for myself veggies an my son a pizza. Mentioned that I don't eat meat an both employees changed their gloves before touching mine. To me thats huge.. not alot of ppl get it.. but hands down the next time I'm in this area, I'd choose here.. thank you to the employees for making a huge difference today
