Subway on 247 Centennial Pkwy N in Hamilton is a great place to stop by for a bite to eat. It is well located adjacent to Wendy’s, dry cleaners, Popeye supplements, as well as many other amenities, including Circle K, Dollarama, and other retail outlets. The interior is modern, clean with plenty of seating. The staff is very friendly and professional. They prepareda southwest avocado salad as well as a chicken teriyaki salad in a matter of minutes. Great experience overall. There’s plenty of free parking as well.

Very poor customer experience. I poured every drink from the fountain, and it came out as water and there was no ice. Then they didn't understand how their own coupons worked and told me after I already ordered based on the other coupon for which I had to pay separately because it wasnt applicable. The manager can barely speak or understand English giving me a hard time to explain what I wanted. Don't go here go to a different spot.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway location. The service was extremely poor, and the staff was quite rude. The person at the front counter, who seemed to struggle with English, didn’t even know the names of basic meat and vegetable items. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
