I tried this location for the first time. They only had white bread. They didn’t know about crispy onions. They don’t honour coupons. Only one working bathroom, which was dirty. This is the worst subway I have ever tried. Surely there are standards that must met.

I checked online and it clearly shows that this Subway location is open until 10:30 PM. However, when I arrived at 10:17 PM, the store was already closed. This is very inconvenient and disappointing. If the store plans to close earlier than the posted hours, the timings should be updated online so customers don’t waste their time.”

** MULTIPLE BUGS IN DRINK ** Horrible experience here at this subway. To start off the incident, you go get a freestyle fountain drink but they fail to tell you there’s nothing but Pepsi. No diet. No other flavours. So you have to get Pepsi. That was fine with me because I don’t mind Pepsi. I sit down to have my meal. I eat and drink my pop. At the end I open my lid to drink the rest and the ice and I FIND MULTIPLE BUGS IN DRINK… floating around. I go up to the worker and she starts swatting the flies off the machine, implies that the flys are attracted to the pop machine, and doesn’t really say anything and walks away. I go to the washroom disgusted because I must have drank many of them since there was still 3-4 in my cup at the bottom. I come out of the washroom and she says all we can do is offer you a bottle drink. I was disgusted…I declined and walked out. They have to keep up with the cleanliness of their machines. I will never be going here again.

July 2025. For the amount I was paying and the veggies I was getting in the sub was disappointing. I'm just going to say it, this Indian girl (I am also South Asian, very visibly minority) did not make me feel welcome. Attitude in her tone. Minimum lettuce added, put like 4 piece of green pepper and 5 piece of onion, like what the actual???? And I had to ask her to put more of the veggies on because she was barely putting anything on. Am I supposed to just eat the bread? No spinach, and all veggies mostly empty. Didn't even label my subs differently. Didn't give me a bag until I asked. Not a single smile. Felt unwelcome and didn't get enough for my money. Will not be going here again.

Well, first off, they only had one type of bun available. No spinach, brown lettuce, no barbecue sauce. Sorry Subway you have to do better than that when 2 subs cost 28.00!!On the Subway app they send deals but none of the locations ever participate, why bother sending to us! Most locations have dirty windows!! No more Subway for me ! MR Sub it is going forward!

Shouldn’t have to ask for fresh ingredients. With what we have to pay for take out food these days, all food service retailers should be providing top notch goods for top dollars.
