Pure pain, no fun, got yelled at for standing up for the less fortunate members of society

My girlfriend and I went In today to sit and grab an affordable bite to eat, a houseless man was searching through his belongings and placing them on the table, when the clerk spoke up getting fed up with the man, which if he had been adled would have made sence but the man was scattered, but calm, the staff member on the other side got very agressive, and when my partner had spoken up to the staff member on being disrespectful and impatient the staff member started berrating my girlfriend dropping a big YOU PEOPLE about the man on the unfortunate end of the economy... The lady wouldn't let up screaming at my partner until she suggested that she leaves, not being able to even take my order, I walked out, I refuse to put up with such terrible service from anyone, it's Barton street and the location is beside a methadone clinic, you'd think you'd bring more compassion to the job

The kicker for me was when the member of staff had loudly proclaimed that they were not serving the public but to serve paying customers ... No unfortunately to work in a restaurant your job is to service the public. The community. The paying customers will come anyways, as a service industry worker facing the public in a restaurant, I could never in a million years, scream at anyone unless they were disturbing peace, which mind you nobody was outside of the member of staff.

I mean it's a subway, nobody really goes there for any sort of experience, it's dissapointing to sit, it's disappointing to order, it's disappointing in proportion, and the food is abysmally mediocre with portion sizing falling slowly like sand through the hands of a child.

The point of subway is to make you feel empty inside and hate yourself for not going somewhere more friendly and community focused anyways right? Or is that just to consensus of all corporate franchised restaurants in the current year,

I miss when there were 5 dollar foot longs, now it's barely 5$ for a tiny sad "snackwich"

I could buy a baguette and a few slices of meat at the counter in a grocer for cheaper and have a more filling meal

Do better. I won't be "eating fresh" until all foot longs are 5 dollars without dumb promotions

Kid-friendliness: Staff regularly and reletlessly scream at homeless people

Wheelchair accessibility: Poor accessibility with tight space inside let alone getting into the restaurant

How do you only have 1 person working at 6pm on a weekday? It took about 25 minutes for my turn in line, and when I started ordering they didn’t even have what I wanted. Also the worker was coughing a lot. Maybe their coworker got them sick and called out? lol who knows.

Since the new owner took over the quality, it is in qutter. I took shawarma chicken, and it was a day old ingredients in it. 👳🏿👳🏿from Brampton and now in Hamilton as well. Subway is not same as it was originally. Plz Subway must check back ground before giving chain. Original taste is gone.

Consistently poor service at this Subway location – the staff often respond with a bad attitude and don’t listen to requests, resulting in poorly made subs. This ongoing issue makes for a disappointing experience every visit.

Don't make subs to spec. Upside down and packed on the hinge so everything always shoots out the sides. Somebody needs to tell these people goes to make subway sandwiches

No lineup but I had to wait to get served then they faked washing their hands and gave me attitude when I pointed out out.

Then they didn't listen when I said no toasted and tried to give me a half toasted sub and once again gave me attitude when I didn't want the half toasted sub.

Then they tried making my sub again and did it wrong so I asked for the manager who said he would "look at it" but couldn't tell me what he would look at. Kept mumbling so low that it was impossible to hear most of what they said.

Manager told me I wasted two subs despite doing nothing wrong and only having their employee waste two subs.

Every time I tried walking out they would start saying things behind my back making my come back to even hear what they said but would mumble it under their breath so I couldn't hear it.

Terrible service, terrible manager.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

The servers or sandwich experts we're polite and helpful in suggesting what was new and tasty as well as what was popular there's the next variety of fresh vegetables when combined with the new extended menu options provides a bounty of healthy eating....

Vegetarian options: There's at least a minimum of 12 fresh to go vegetables and you have unlimited

Parking: The| lot is parking for about 40 vehicle as well as parking on the side streets

Kid-friendliness: Including many options and treats or snacks or healthy or treat day as your parents allowed

Wheelchair accessibility: Is the level opening as well as handicap seating areas

The absolute worst service. The server that prepared my sandwich continued to use the same gloves that she used to the previous orders.. I had to ask her to change them. Then she proceeds to use the same knife to cut it, again from the previous order. .. not everyone eat beef/pork/chicken.. this should be basic common sense..
