I frequent one location because of the AMAZING management and Staff! The store is ALWAYS kept clean. The Manager has a friendly and professional repore with all his customers. He treats his employees with the greatest respect and courtesy. The full time staff member named Maitri Is A STELLAR employee! She has the greatest attitude toward customers, always smiling, very polite even when I’ve witnessed customers being unnecessarily grouchy, she n maintains her polite and professional customer service. This store, the manager and all his employees Definitely deserve recognition! They create a warm and friendly atmosphere in their store. Please visit any time you are in the area and looking for a delicious, healthy meal.

I have been coming to this subway for 7 years now - since I was a little girl. This place has always been my favourite subway. The owner and all the workers have the kindest soul and truly care about each customer. This place is always clean and the subs are always immaculate. No subway will ever compare.

Every single day i come into Subway for lunch at school, The owner let’s me plus one of my good buddys sit in here everyday even if we are eating pizza or Tim hortons, we still get a drink from Subway everyday, There’s a mutual respect going both ways. Before we leave we clean up whatever mess we made push in our chairs and always wish them a great day!, and the food is absolutely amazing, Subway, 1119 Fennel Ave E is a place you definitely should go to if your looking for an amazing good quality and amazing customer service!
