We ordered 4 footlong subs. We scheduled an hour before for pick yet I still waited 15 minutes after. Sure, their oven broke but didn't even try to give me notice, including them completing orders with the customers inside already. They tried handing me the subs without even informing me that one of them was cold, I had to ask and until then they offered to heat it. Once we ate them, barely any sauce, added sauce we also removed and barely any meat.

Employee chose to close early for no good reason. Said he stopped taking orders at 3:30am despite being listed as open until 4am. I showed up at 3:40am and was refused service. Change your hours if you want to stop taking orders at 3:30

My daughter went in tonight November 2nd 2024 the two people that were behind the counter we're pointing and laughing at her and talking in their own language. This is unacceptable. My daughter was extremely upset. Do better

Went at mightnight today for a late night snack. The gentleman working always asks how my day is, but genuinely seems to care about my answer. He's always in a positive mood, makes the best subs, never cares about working late, he's the mannn. Give this man a raise.
