Came in today at 2am after work I was told to wait by employee so they could make a online order of 3 sandwiches I am one person in store for 1 sub common sense would say deal with the 1 customer in store instead of making them sit and wait the problem solving skills exhibited by employees are non existent

Came with an Uber pick up order. Waited outside until it was complete. I enter with 2 customers and try to mention my uber order is the one done behind him but i get interrupted and made to wait in line just to recieve it. Wasted my whole lunch waiting in line for a Uber pick up that was ready.

Shrinkflation at Subway. The bun is so thin. And small so you get less for the increase in price + tip you pay. Definitely rethinking if Subway still deserves my hard earned money. I guess not anymore.

One of the best locations in town! I’ve been coming here a lot lately, and it’s totally worth the drive. Gurpreet, who works the night shifts, makes one of the best subs I’ve had and his customer service is always on point. I live over on Paramount, but I don’t mind the 15-minute drive at all—it’s always a great experience.

We ordered 4 footlong subs. We scheduled an hour before for pick yet I still waited 15 minutes after. Sure, their oven broke but didn't even try to give me notice, including them completing orders with the customers inside already. They tried handing me the subs without even informing me that one of them was cold, I had to ask and until then they offered to heat it. Once we ate them, barely any sauce, added sauce we also removed and barely any meat.

Employee chose to close early for no good reason. Said he stopped taking orders at 3:30am despite being listed as open until 4am. I showed up at 3:40am and was refused service. Change your hours if you want to stop taking orders at 3:30

I buy from Subway all the time and enjoy their food. This time we ordered and they screwed the whole order up. The subs we did get looks really gross. I don't know what they were doing when they made them
