Honestly probably one of the worst subways in Ontario they messed up my $15 sandwich I took it to go did not realize until I was ready to eat it it was the wrong bread, called in explain the situation they were very understanding on the phone told me to come in and get my sandwich remade…I came in to get my sandwich remade and the manager tried to charge me partially for the remade sandwich claiming ā€œI watched them make itā€ however once the bread was cut open there was very little for me to tell it wasn’t the right bread the Italian cheese bread looks the same at white opened up edges down. Needless to say I wasn’t happy with the experience and I won’t be going to this subway anytime soon. $15 I remember $5 foot longs….

Had a great experience here I work near so sometimes I grab lunch here. This one day I went and was served by an older gentleman who did amazing, it might have been the best experience I ever had at a subway he was a sandwich artist. He put real care into my sub, the bread was cut evenly there were no bread bites the toppings were evenly spread not too much sauce. Like chefs kiss?it was perfect. Perfect. Everything, down to the last minute details, perfect. You bet I hit that 20% tip.

i often visit this subway, amazing experience every time. this one visit this lady was being extremely rude and giving attitude just because my spanish grandparents had an accent and had trouble communicating. she also gave us the minimum amount of every vegetable, cheese, and meat to us. this was a very disappointing experience and i hope to have a better one next time!!

I visit this location often and when I visited today, the girl working had very long hair and was not wearing a hair net. I politely suggested that she should probably wear a hair net and she told me that the business did not provide them, nor were they required to wear one. This does not seem to be up to health and safety standards in my opinion. I hope you take this comment into consideration, and if they don't start wearing hair nets, I will likely not return

We’re old and not overly familiar w ordering on the app. The gentleman behind the counter was extremely helpful & didn’t make us feel foolish. Great sub, great service & great staff!

Got handed the wrong online order and obviously didn’t notice until I got home to eat. Didn’t bother returning to the store as I live 15 minutes away in the outskirts of town. Would’ve spent twice as much in gas as the subs were worth. So I was stuck eating someone else’s order which was extremely disappointing to say the least. But stuff happens. Tried to get into contact with management to make them aware of the situation thinking I don't know, I would at least get an apology, and they didn’t even bother replying. Unprofessionally run location. Will be adding another 15 minutes to my subway runs to go to a better location.
