Got handed the wrong online order and obviously didn’t notice until I got home to eat. Didn’t bother returning to the store as I live 15 minutes away in the outskirts of town. Would’ve spent twice as much in gas as the subs were worth. So I was stuck eating someone else’s order which was extremely disappointing to say the least. But stuff happens. Tried to get into contact with management to make them aware of the situation thinking I don't know, I would at least get an apology, and they didn’t even bother replying. Unprofessionally run location. Will be adding another 15 minutes to my subway runs to go to a better location.

I order from here every few weeks when the kids want a nice sub. Staff are always friendly and the subs are always perfect and made to order.I’m loving the online ordering feature and have been using it for a few years now and have never had a problem at all. Even had lovely, kind messages on our most recent order.If you’re looking for something quick and delicious, definitely recommend checking this place out.

This was the best subway I have ever been to this is a local one near me in binbrook staff was amazing they were not cheap they put lots of toppings on my subway 100% coming back here I highly recommend this

Ordered delivery from here because they listed they had green olives. Not only no olives, but they did not put any cheese let alone the extra cheese paid for. Very little attention to detail here.

The staff are always incredibly nice to me. One of the employees know I'm a vegitarian so they change their gloves for me so there's no cross contamination with the meat. I think that's super sweet and just going above and beyond. I've never had a bad experience there, the entire staff is so friendly. Ordered a grilled chicken sub online and they forgot to put the chicken on... 20min drive so I'm not going back to complain, but that's ridiculous.
Just got off the phone with Breanna, she was FANTASTIC.I ordered a sub platter and she was so patient and kind, extremely helpful. ?? 5+ startsI hope she gets some recognition for her. Great work today!

This location does not honor coupons. I will avoid it now. Neighbors in Binbrook be aware that they will refuse coupons and since there is so many complaints and the owner doesn't care we should all avoid it and make him pay for his lack of service!!!

It is always amazing visiting this store. The staff is really polite and friendly. My sandwiches are made nicely each time I order.Vegetarian options: I am a vegetarian and I always like to try different things. I got to know subway has a lot of options of vegetarians now like veggie patty sandwich, veggie wraps, veggie patty wraps, veg rice wraps and veggie rice bowl. We can try different sandwiches each time we go.
