Came in July 12, 2025 around 12:30pm (gave you the owner the exact time to trace which staff working that shift). Sandwich is not properly wrap and cut in half. I bought 2. BOTH not just ONE, when opened, it was 10% cut, remaining 90% I'll have to use my hand to tear into half. Literally worse subway experience I had. Understand stores are paying minimum wage but whoever work that shift, needs more training, not just showing up for the sake of clocking in and out.

I just spent 40$ and had to throw both subs out.. luckily for you guys it was rush hour and I don’t want to drive back to demand a refund. I am pissed wasting that money but the subs just tasted foul and dry. I got 2 Italian bmts for my fiance and I. Always the same order but these just tasted gross. He definitely messed it up.

Went to location 2 hours after opening indicated online. Sign was on, doors open then staff told us to come back in 15 min as they aren't open or ready yet? This was at 10:15.

A terrible experience every time, this time was the final straw will not be returning again. Employee was rude to my wife and instead of straining the liquid out of the meat on my sub instead the bread was soggy and falling apart when we got home 0/5 stars given the chance.
There’s another subway a few blocks away it’s much better

Come in every Thursday and im always served fast and with a smile. Food quality is just as good as every other subway. Don’t listen to the crybabys that probably got rejected by the employees.

This was one of the worst customer service experiences we've had. My friend and I were patiently waiting in line to place our order, but when it was our turn, Heli—one of the workers and our college acquaintance—bluntly told us to step aside so she could take the order of a customer who had arrived after us. Both employees seemed uninterested in their jobs.
The store itself wasn’t well-maintained. The utensils were not very clean, and the vegetables didn’t look fresh. The worst part, however, was that after eating our sandwiches, both of us started feeling uneasy. Within 1 to 1.5 hours, we were vomiting, and only after that did we feel some relief.
Overall, it was a terrible experience. The owner seriously needs to take control of their staff and ensure better hygiene and service.

Ordered 2 subs from this location of subway. Veggie delight. The service was good and quick. The veggie patty was okay but served its purpose.
The accompanying condiments were fine just like any other Subway.. nothing much to write about. I ordered my subway with the Italian herbed bread and that was really nice. Didn't get it toasted so it reatained the freshness.
As we were just driving through the area, the location was very convenient for us . Plenty of parking space is available.
Delivery service is so bad in this location I had to wait more then 25 minutes to got the order and they was very very slow

Subway/ KFC overseas is a career for servers, cooks and managers, the result is infinitely better food and service. Go to Lebanon and you'll see what I mean.Western is trash, they pay these people trash...Very rare to find a happy employee, very poor work environment, the bigger the corporation the worse it gets.

I tried foot long sandwiches-Veggie delite today and I am so happy having lunch here with my family. Staff (Nishchay) was very good and he made sandwiches very generously—no compromise in any ingredients. Store baked breads are also too good, honestly felt breads were slightly better than many stores. Overall, very good experience and lovely taste.
