Hate to say but they don’t know how to make subways. Sauces are supposed to go inside the subway but they put just on outside. Ordered online from them thrice but still the same issue and today they forget to add my drink. When i called them and told them about it, the lady answered and told me that she put in the bag. But it was not in the bag and then she asked me to call the driver maybe he took it or something. As I opened the bag myself so there’s no chance he took it. Didn’t accept her mistake and their service is way too bad. Never gonna order again.

Was at this location on upper gage for dinner with my two daughters. They had steak and cheese and I had the Italian BMT on white. It did not look fresh at all in the store (vegetables table) horrible all looked old and not crisp. The meat in my sandwich did not taste 100%. After two hours of ingesting this sandwich I was sick to my stomach. Puking violently and major diarrhea. This was the only thing I ate after 12pm that day. I was so sick that i was not able to go to work in the morning! Horrible experience I will never eat at a subway ever again ! Poor quality and food safety does not look like it is a priority!!

Ordered online couple of days ago 2 foot long subs thought it will be same we normally get from other locations but had a worst sub in my life. The bun was completely stale and too hard that a normal person can’t eat. Tried to call the store but no answer submitted online complaint no response. Worst food ever don’t waste your money and time on this location. Shame on serving this kind of food

Entered the location while no other customer was present. 1 worker behind the counter on their phone, didn’t greet us until they noticed us standing at the register. Once giving the order, was given more attitude than toppings. Will not be returning to this location.

Super disappointed in my subway experience here tonight. I walked in and there was just one couple already ordering and it took me 20 minutes to get out of there with my one sub and a cookie. Both workers were very slow and didn't seem to care, the veggies were frozen to their containers and they didn't heat up my bacon before they put it on my sub so it's pretty much raw.

Please do not order from this location. The older man that served me was EXTREMELY stingy with his toppings and gave me 4 slices of meat total and barely any veg on a foot long. When I asked for more he said “yes” and proceeded to give me 5 more pieces of lettuce. Worst subway location I’ve been to thus far.. find a different location.

Came relatively late at night Vivek served us, we got four subs he was so kind!! Made our subs perfectly and marked them all for us.

I have ordered from here twice now off skip the dishes. They bread was as hard as a rock each time. Your slogan is "subway eat fresh" if you are trying to save money by selling the stale bread you will loose more customers then you will gain. Very disappointed in the quality!!!
