I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway location. The employee named Aakash provided extremely poor service. I specifically asked for my sub to be grilled and cut in half, but it was not grilled, and when I requested it to be cut, he handed me a knife and told me to do it myself.
On top of that, my sub was completely wrong , I had ordered it online with red onions, tomatoes, crispy onions, and sauces, but he only added lettuce. Even the patty inside was cold, as if it just came out of the freezer. The second sub I ordered was also made incorrectly. Both sandwiches were so poorly prepared that I ended up throwing them away, wasting both my $ 17.00 and time.
Aakash’s behaviour was rude and unprofessional, showing no understanding of basic customer service. I’m very disappointed with this experience and will not be visiting this location again. And I see in reviews no one taking care of customers reviews you guys need to improve your customer service and you should reply us but unfortunately you didn’t care about our money. Worst place ever I see this subway.

The portion sizes have significantly decreased yet the prices have hugely increased. Power bowl was very small but cost almost $20 and their sandwich breads are quite smaller than they used to be . And a single footling sub can cost between $15-$20 on its own because there aren’t combos left. Before a whole combo including a drink and either 2 cookies or a bag of chips would cost under $20

Ordered through Uber Eats, all 3 subs had the incorrect sauces and toppings. Double checked our receipt, yup every sub had the wrong toppings. We couldn’t even eat them, because we didn’t like the topping and sauces they randomly just decided to put on. Contacted Uber support, useless. Now out $50 for 3 subs that went in the garbage. Will never order from this location again.

Do not tip at this store. The people that work there are ok. But the store has this weird tip option when paying by debit where people that work there don't get those tips. That is wrong.

Yesterday night we placed and mobile order for pickup. I picked the order and came home. As and when i started eating it was just awful. The bread was so hard. I asked for few extra veggies as I order veggie delight, just the spinach and lettuce were extra which was not even in the list of extra in my order. Everytime in my order I ask for extra onions they never do extra onion, for onions they just add couple of onions and that’s it. And some disgusting smell was coming from my subway. Once they added wrong cheese in my subway which was order few days back. I am observing these kinds of mistake from my past 2-3 order. I won’t recommend this place at all. And never going back to this place.

I ordered snackwiches online. Horrendous. One singular slice of ham. Toppings not ordered proper. Don’t go here, its basically all bread, no meat or veggies.

I ordered a sandwich for pickup. The food was warm and delicious but the quantity left much to be desired.

Despite asking for more veggies, the sandwich had barely any. The amount of meat in the promotional materials compared to the actual sandwich was disappointing. Online menu said 1300 calories in my sandwich. There is no way it was anywhere near that number.
