How is this place allowed to be open? This building is NOT accessible with people with disabilities. Not to mention the first couple steps doesn’t seem safe for the average person. I miss the previous location I think it was 211 John st south (just down the street)
That being said, the food was top notch as always, and the service was fantastic. Keep in mind they seem incredibly under staffed because there was only one, what seemed to be eight year-old working(OK yes that is hyperbole. He must’ve been no older than 14 though.) he still did a fantastic job.
My only gripe with this store is the lack of accessibility because my wife and mother are in wheelchair and or cannot walk upstairs.

I was there at Thursday morning a girl working there at that time she make me sandwich with bun hard as rock which is not possible to eat after that I open the sandwich and got that she put barely toppings in it.

This location is bulshit, not recommended.

Worst experience ever. Today i had a veggie delite as breakfast. The girl working there doesn’t know to greet. As well as don’t even know to take orders. She was very rude. And the sub she made was trash.

I work near by spent my entire break trying to order employees just didn't care were chatting away in the back I placed an order online only to find out that there system did not receive it even tho my credit card was charged and the app stated my order number. Employees just ignored me and went to the back. Wasted my break and went back hungry truly awful experience.

Ordered here and honestly I feel like I’m robbed half the time.

I’ve been ordering subway almost every week for the past 20 years. Back when Tuesday was the Italian BMT footlong special. So that’s how you know I’m not new but true to this. To the point that I know how many slices of meat and cheese they put in every sandwich.

This subway is truly a shame. So disenfranchised that I wonder if they actually follow any of the franchise rules. First off the workers do not put the correct amount of meat on the sandwiches. As a subway veteran I explained it’s 6 meat pieces per footlong. The worker told me I was wrong and it was 5. Not sure how 5 pieces of meat can fill up a sandwich…. After explaining to them that I’ve eaten at subway so much and expect consistency that I would literally talk to their manager to confirm if it’s 5 or 6 pieces. The worker did not want to fight me on it and just followed my orders.

If I had ordered that via the app, I would’ve been robbed out of a proper sandwich. So definitely lack of training there.

Secondly, and this is why I will never eat at that location. They’re opened till 5AM. I highly highly highly doubt that they change the veggies and meat that were sitting out at all day. Maybe they change it at night before close… but that means the veggies and meat are sitting out from 11am - 5am, almost 24 hours. Other locations close at 11pm so at least it’s not just sitting out there for so long. If you go at a later time, just know there is NO guaranteed freshness.

This location is a prime example of how Subway is going down the drain. Their food is NOT fresh AT ALL. I can only eat half the sandwich.

Please, go somewhere else. This location will disappoint you everytime. Especially if you’re the type to expect and enjoy consistency.

I ordered 2 subways (veggie patty )through this store at night and there is as little sauce as if its not even there . I can't taste any of them and I have added like 5 sauces in both of them . Moreover the dip is like one drop of the sauce given . I often use to order from this store but now its a big no . I feel like I wasted my money ordering from here .

I recently ordered from Subway, and it was a total disappointment. I specifically asked for extra sauce, but my sandwich was dry as hell! It felt like they didn’t care about the order at all. I won’t be returning anytime soon. They always slack on pickup orders. Your sandwich won't be as you order unless you order it there.

I asked for grilled and toasted sandwich, but he didn’t even toast it, even the cheese wasn’t melted. The food was like took from refrigerator.

Also, I asked for extra veggies and sauses but the quantity was very less.
