If I could give this place negative stars I would, seriously, no high chairs, not family friendly in the slightest, always one person in there and rude at that, and then they took there kids menu away, makes me really rethink about subway, horrible experience

Went in to get food for me and my girlfriend and daughter was instantly informed that they had removed the kids menu option and the girl who served me had a lot of attitude about it like I shoulda already knew, then was told that there are limitations to the build your own sandwich coupons and again was given attitude about that. Adding on this location is extremely under staffed all the time, every time I come here it’s just one chick behind the counter alone dying with a line through the door and you’ll usually see people leave cuz it’s just not worth it. But customer service is just non existent here would not recommend

Absolute joke of customer service, management refuses to put more than one worker on the clock during rush hour dinner time. Expect to wait 30-35 mins before being served.

I understand that new employees need to learn the ropes, but that is what supervisors are supposed to do, guide them. All we ordered was 4 Churros. The worker pulled three out of the holding cabinet and went to put them in the oven. I pointed out that I had asked for four. She said she needed to get more from the back. She proceeds to put the three in the oven, THEN goes and gets a few more from the back. She puts one on the counter then proceeds to sugar coat each individual Churro at a glacial speed, all while the fourth one is still sitting cold on the counter beside her. When she was finally done coating the first three, bagging them, AND walking them over to the cash counter, the other worker put another customer's meat order in the oven, THEN she finally put my fourth Churro in the oven. Then did the coating at the speed of congress. Even my 20 yo daughter said she had physically aged during the process!

As I said, I understand being slow when you are new, but simple logic should be taught by the supervisor. Get ALL product needed at once so they are all out together. Put your other necessities (sugar pan, bags, sugar etc.) out WHILE the items are cooking. Sugar coat them ALL, then bag them, then fold the bags. Then, even if you are slow, you are still efficient, and not leaving the customer seeing his kids go through college while waiting. ALL of these things things were done one at a time for EACH Churro, all while a more senior person stood beside her, serving another customer and giving our person absolutely NO instruction.

This does not say great things about management at this location.

Bought 2 subs last Friday and brought every coupon they mailed. They couldn't scan any of the coupons. Paid full price. Sent an email to corporate and didn't do anything to help me. Will never visit their restaurants again. Horrendous customer service!!!!

They forgot the cheese on a veggie sub and put one slice of cheese and 2 slices of ham on a 6 inch ham sub - skimpy!

Would not honor the buy one get one free deal. Have to order online only. I think this is poor service. What you're saying is that you don't value the customers that come into your store!

How unbelievably frustrating it is that I CANNOT find a Subway menu to look at online.Am I missing something here?? I was all set to buy some subs but I wanted to look at them online before I went to the restaurant to order, so I could figure out which ones I want. Nope, no menu, anywhere. So bottom line, I did NOT go to Subway. I went to a different restaurant. Whoever made the stupid decision not to have Subway’s menu available to just look at should get their head checked. Lost business and I’m sure I’m not the only one. I even had coupons but I was so frustrated that I tore them up and tossed them in the garbage as I’m DONE with Subway!

Staff member used her hands to open the GF bread and after it cracked and crumbled into multiple pieces she still tried to move it over to the veggie station as if that was a normal thing. I asked her to get a new bread and use a knife, she was not happy with me but that new sandwich didn’t look like it was in a car accident. Use a knife, jeez.
