I ordered online order with herb and cheese bread and they gave regular bread without even telling me check your order before leaving this place and when you contact their customer service they just send you an email of your issue has been resolved without having any conversation with you

To anyone who reads this review….don’t ever visit this location. I immediately regretted coming in for a sub. The woman who served me was quite rude and lacked basic decency and customer service skills. She hates her job. If the proprietor reads this, she was working Nov 21/25. Haven’t had a poorer experience at any Subway ever. AVOID THIS LOCATION.

My friend just came here and asked for a gluten free sub, as she is celiac and subway offers gluten free bread. She was DENIED because the worker simply did not want to thaw the bread out for her. The worker told her that there was gluten free bread in the back, but simply did NOT WANT TO defrost it for her. This is unacceptable. Do not go to this subway unless you wanted to be disrespected by the same worker that refused service to my friend, because she was too lazy to do her job. Disgusting.

Was there yesterday and watched staff make subs for the customers ahead of us and then proceeded to the cash register with the same gloves on and then came to make my subs still wearing the same set of gloves on and I said are you going to change gloves they gave us the look . Typical of these places now avoid this places

I was double charged when the debit machine timed out. Was told the transaction did not go through, but my bank flagged it because I was charged the exact amount 2 times. Went to the store to ask for a refund, but since the order only comes up one time, they wouldn’t give me my money back. It was not a duplicate order… it was a duplicate charge. Left my number and name for the owner to call me, nothing.

This is the WORST Subway in the city. The customer service is so bad it is non existent. They barely put any toppings on, even lettuce. When you ask for more, they look annoyed and put literally 2 more on. They don’t crack a smile and they don’t say anything to you other than “and…” when waiting for you to tell them your toppings. They don’t offer a bag for 3+ subs. They get clearly irritated when you use a coupon. AND they make a rude noise when you don’t tip after it is a terrible experience. I am a tipper and would always tip if they are nice. A little smile goes a long way but they missed out. Won’t be going here again.
