I was double charged when the debit machine timed out. Was told the transaction did not go through, but my bank flagged it because I was charged the exact amount 2 times. Went to the store to ask for a refund, but since the order only comes up one time, they wouldn’t give me my money back. It was not a duplicate order… it was a duplicate charge. Left my number and name for the owner to call me, nothing.

This is the WORST Subway in the city. The customer service is so bad it is non existent. They barely put any toppings on, even lettuce. When you ask for more, they look annoyed and put literally 2 more on. They don’t crack a smile and they don’t say anything to you other than “and…” when waiting for you to tell them your toppings. They don’t offer a bag for 3+ subs. They get clearly irritated when you use a coupon. AND they make a rude noise when you don’t tip after it is a terrible experience. I am a tipper and would always tip if they are nice. A little smile goes a long way but they missed out. Won’t be going here again.

Not sure why there are many negative reviews, but ive ate twice here in the last week and the lady working here is very nice and the place is very clean. We had an amazing experience, for me this restaurant brought me back to eating subway…

It's May 16th/25 6:30pm. I wanted to have a vegetable sub. What i saw was the employee was working on a 'cold cut' sub for another customer. She had touched the meat for that sub. And with the same hands wearing the same gloves she started touching vegetable to fill the sub. I didn't ordered from here and I left. Based on my knowledge employee should either change the gloves before switching sides from meat to section to vegetable section or pass the sub to the employee standing near vegetable section. It's request to the management to resolve the problem.

Hands down the worst Subway I have ever been to. It is obvious the owners are very cheap and care much more about their bottom line than providing their customers with good food and good service. Only one person working at dinner rush to the point people got angry and left, I paid for double meat and still barley got any, subs were all soggy, and the attitude of the worker was just brutal. Then I go to leave a review and see very quickly I am not the only one that thinks this place is terrible. There are a few Subway locations close by, so for your own sake go to any other but this one.

No other customers at the time i arrived. Dirtiest subway I've ever been in by far, not a single table didn't have crumbs/spills on it. So much food on the floor a huge number of ants were setting up shop. Genuinely a shockingly unclean lobby

The place has good service and whenever we go in store and order it's good but whenever we order online they always give us stale bread. We are usually satisfied with the subs from here but if this happens again we won't come back

This place took advantage of my teenage kids that came in tonight. Absolute joke of a sub they brought home for me. Tiny buns and no toppings. This is why subway is loosing money as nobody wants to eat this garbage anymore. Hopefully one day this joke of a franchise will go bankrupt and close for good.
