Purchased the buy one footlong get one footlong free deal online. I picked up the package from the store without checking it and trusting that they would prepare my order accurately. I get home to find I only had one footlong and half a footlong! They ripped me off and scammed me.

What is the point of wearing gloves if you are going to handle the cash machine and then go back to putting toppings on my sub?
Just went today placed pickup order and the service was so bad the girl working there was showing so much attitude and when i ask her to put some more sauce she said I can’t do that and then when i asked for reason she didn’t even replied..
I ordered the Chimchuri steak and cheese sub here, costing around 16 dollars, which has already increased a lot in price. They put no cheese on it and the minimum amount of meat in it. They call the manager when I complain and the manager tells me they refund the money and I can pay for a new one, saying the sub is “standard” size without even seeing a picture of what I was complaining about. I like subway but the branch has very rude management.

I went there on 19 June around 3 o clock today , a girl was working at front to whom I ordered I said grill and toast both in strting but she didn’t listen me because she was on Phn because she had wore AirPod when I saw she didn’t grill and toasted I ask her and she you didn’t tell me she was replying in attitude then she put my sandwich in microwave behind counter to melt cheese. Her customer service not good I think she should know how to work and behave in food restaurant this is my first in this subway and I will not recommend to anyone to come here , I always prefer to eat subway whenever I go out but this one is very disgusting experience. I don’t want to complain I just wanna say she should know if someone is hungry or wannna eat that’s why they come to guys ,it does not matter your mood is good or no but you should act well. Thnks
