Worst experience ever at this Subway store ,if you don’t know how to deal with customer please close this store 🙏🏻🙏🏻, seriously The person at this Subway store was really useless. Don’t know why he was in such a hurry to make the sale. He gave very poor service and wasn’t explaining anything at all. We said we wanted to buy a patty, but he was such a careless guy — no idea what he was in a rush for. Overall, he was just a useless person and wasn’t helping at all. 😡😡😡😡

I placed an order to be picked up over an hour in advance. I arrived at the time the order was supposed to be ready for and they had not even started preparing it. What’s the point in ordering online in advance if you don’t even start working on it until I get there? I might as well have just came in and ordered everything.

Grabbed my food from here and had one of the worst experiences. The person at the counter—possibly the owner—was extremely rude and refused to add extra sauces. I remained calm throughout, yet he behaved with unnecessary attitude and even accused me, without any reason, of planning to yell at him if the sandwich got messy due to the sauce. That was never my intention, and his reaction felt completely uncalled for. It seemed like he made up the scenario in his head. Overall, a very disappointing experience. The staff seriously needs to learn basic hospitality and how to treat customers with respect.

Extremely disappointing experience at Subway — the worst sub I’ve ever had.
The staff was unprofessional, ignored my requests, and showed poor attitude.
The bread was rock hard, cold even after toasting, and nearly inedible.
Service and quality were far below the standard expected from the brand.
This was an embarrassing experience for a brand like Subway — totally unacceptable.
The guy taking my order acted lazy and disrespectful, clearly didn’t care about his job or customers.

The supervisor set wrong expectations before taking order.
1. I asked about back and toast, he did not denied when he took order, at last he says its now working
2. Because he want to close the store, did not allow to dine in however 10 minutes left in store closing
3. As always, never have veggie patties in stock
I think you should guys close the store or improve the machinery and services

The time says they close by 11pm at 10:10pm that staff has locked the door and is cleaning stuff down, very unacceptable.
Update: 2 days after this review, they took down the sign that says their times, instead of keeping the store open till when it's supposed to be, clowns😭

Today I was told that they have a limit on onions.
Had to stop coming to this location. They are super cheap with the ingredients even when you ask for double they just put a few extra on.
I’m not pay 10$+ for bread and vegetables(veggie sub) if I can’t load up the sub.

Bas experience, they were not taking the deal and the employee didn't inform us and say that we have to pay full amount. Such unprofessional behavior. They should inform the customer before if they are not taking the deal.
