Terrible customer service in my opinion. I went to grab dinner for my family and I was the only person in line. The girl was lovely until a man showed up. This elderly man comes up because he’s clearly a friendly face, with the lady that works there. She started my order and was almost done but felt the need to cater to him before me. I allowed her I stop more then once to pre start his as well and said sure no problem but was shocked. When she felt he was more deserving to be cashed out first. How considerate to the first customer you’re helping and absolutely zero reason good enough to do that for him. Her excuse was I had a larger order which wasn’t true I had 3 subs already done and wrapped up. I just wanted a couple cookies and that’s it. So somehow he was more deserving to be cashed out before myself. He wasn’t poor he wasn’t sick, he wasn’t begging he was just a friendly customer that she recognized. So thank you for showing me I don’t deserve the same level of respect and treatment he did. Yeah I will happily never be ordering from this location since you like to prioritize others for ZERO REASON. I’m all for helping the elderly but this man could have waited so thank you for this moment. No loss for ether of us but I will never comeback there and won’t recommend any of my friends and family to either. Great customer service on December 22,2025 Center mall, around 5ish.

just very rude customer service when i called after seeing a posting online that they were hiring. i called to ask more about the position i was interrupted “we are not hiring now” and i proceed to say “oh because i saw a posting online.” and was hung up on.

The staff is rude, they put the things on your sandwich as they are throwing and if we ask to put something they’ll roll their eyes and would not follow instructions at all. Overpriced and if we say something they’ll be like if u can’t afford then don’t buy it. NEVER EATING FROM HERE EVER AGAIN….Raise your Standards SUBWAY
