Im sorry but WHAT?? This is the Steak'n Bacon $15 sub...and I didn't even get a single layer of meat...like they used maybe 1/2 a portion and spread it over a footling sub. According to the description it's supposed to have double cheese- again, I didn't even get single portion of cheese....just pathetic! Now i remmber why i switched to Firehouse Subs...not even comparable!

Very polite staff,good food with excellent service. I am eating this store since 6 months but never get bad experience. Always great experience forced me to coming back again and again . Last time I saw a conversation between 2 ladies with the store manager about online bogo deal . Manager was so polite and gentle with them but they tried scam the store to make a video and threatened her ..so sad to see..Please guys don’t make any judgments before have any personal experience.

Worst sandwich I ever had, the guy insist on toasting the bread because they serve old bread, the churros are hard as a rock we had to put them in the garbage.
Nice guy but clearly lied to us when we asked if the bread was fresh. Also ordered churus and he took them out from where the stale bread was and put them in the oven. Brought everything home and was dissatisfied. Bread was stale, lettuce brown and churu was hard as a rock. Never again! You should be ashamed!

I would like to know why to get the 'Buy one foot long get a free foot long' us only through the app? Not everyone can afford a Subway sub but with the special can try. Oh Wait only through the app. How us this fair? Got your answer about only saving and getting free sub BUT why discriminate against people who don't have fancy phones and apps. Subway (or anyone for apps) can't go and enjoy free promotions
