This subway should be shut down and closed this place gives their franchise a terrible shoty name they attempt to rip off every single customer they are rude and disrespectful you ask for toppings wich are included they attempt to charge money for toppings that are included with the meatball sub.

If your looking for a quality sub stay away from this subway disgusting service and disgusting restaurant dirty they will over charge you stay away

Hello,
I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding my recent experience at your store. I ordered two Veggie Patty subs, and for one of them I clearly requested no lettuce due to an allergy. Despite me standing there and trying to communicate this, the staff member refused to listen, was extremely rude, dismissive, and showed no concern for the allergy risk involved.
When I immediately requested a refund because the order was incorrect, she refused and quoted “policy,” even though I was still at the store and the mistake was on their end. Her behavior was aggressive, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. This situation caused unnecessary stress and could have resulted in a serious health issue.
I am requesting:
• A full refund for the order
• Assurance that this matter will be addressed
• Proper training for staff regarding allergies and customer service
I have always been a regular customer, but this experience was extremely disappointing. I hope you will take this seriously.

Worst customer service ever I waited 15 mins in the lobby for someone to come and serve me turns out the employee and their managers are in the back on the phones and while the manager came up to be she was still texting on her phone how do u work at a food place and just touching your phone in front of customers this is absolutely insane

This is the only location where they give the most minimal meat.If i'm paying for a steak and cheese, I expect the two scoops, not one scoop spread over the whole sandwich and when I asked for extra sauce, it shouldn't just be one strip will not be returning.

Shit food i think the food is not fresh as I ate the food and had to vomit it all out as soon I reached home ,very shit quality and why are they saying that i need a physical coupon as the app and the website clearly says that i can use the flyer that has the qr code in it

Terrible customer service. I called to cancel my order, the lady said she would and I would receive a refund in 24/48hrs. Went to the restaurant awhile later because I hadn’t received any confirmation of the cancellation. The lady backtracked and said we can’t give refunds. I asked for a store credit, the lady stood there silent. Asked for the Manager/owner… the lady called the owner to explain the situation and never came back out to give me any update or resolution. After 25mins waiting…. i asked when I can expect to speak with the owner to get some sort of resolution and she said the owner would get to me when they could.
