I ordered from Uber Eats 2 steak and cheese footlongs subs . I didn’t get any cheese on both and I got little steak on them. I phone them and complain and haven’t heard back.

Amazing food! It was perfect, all ingredients were fresh. And for the service it was amazing the Friday team went above and beyond to serve me. I wanted a combo but I was 50 cents short they helped me out so I could afford it! Thank you so very much!

Shit food i think the food is not fresh as I ate the food and had to vomit it all out as soon I reached home ,very shit quality and why are they saying that i need a physical coupon as the app and the website clearly says that i can use the flyer that has the qr code in it

Terrible customer service. I called to cancel my order, the lady said she would and I would receive a refund in 24/48hrs. Went to the restaurant awhile later because I hadn’t received any confirmation of the cancellation. The lady backtracked and said we can’t give refunds. I asked for a store credit, the lady stood there silent. Asked for the Manager/owner… the lady called the owner to explain the situation and never came back out to give me any update or resolution. After 25mins waiting…. i asked when I can expect to speak with the owner to get some sort of resolution and she said the owner would get to me when they could.
Good job. fast service. Kamal is very efficient very active and Friendly. I Love to go there everyday....coz that guy is very good at providing any kind of service.
The bread was a little stale, the lettuce was a little limp, and the cookies were a bit hard. Kind of disappointing for the price you pay for a sandwich. Still edible but not exactly meeting the 'Eat Fresh' tagline

The staff here ruined my sandwich… refused to provide any resolution, no manager available at this store … the guy said the manager gonna get mad if he calls him … so arrogant staff here , they should wear the name tags so that the customers can know better about their names ..

I purchased a ham and Turkey sub and it was terrible. I asked the man who made my sandwich how many slices of ham and Turkey goes in the sandwich. He said 5 ham and 5 turkey. However, the slices of ham and Turkey were just shredded. Each piece that he used should not count as a slice- 1/2 or a 1/3 maybe. When I ate sandwich, it had no taste. Subway is expensive and they should not shortchanging their customers this way. The previous owners did a much better job. Perhaps subway to have a system in place for weighing the slices to ensure customers are not ripped off.

As I see others have commented about this; this Subway is now awful! I have been coming here for some time but it seems there are new owners?
The staff is miserable. That being said I came for food not for conversation.
Unfortunately the food was also terrible. First of all, the prep table was a mess and so dirty (mind you, I was the only one in the store if they were busy that would have been understandable) many of the vegetables were mixed (ie onions all over the tomatoes)which I think poses a allergy concern. I ordered a small, veggie sub and the amount of vegetables he put on my sub was embarrassing. Literally a sprinkle of lettuce and when I asked for a bit more spinach he literally put two leafs on, and looked at my like I was asking him to sign over his first born child.
I'm paying 7.00 for half of a vegetable filled sub I would like it to still be somewhat filled. The sub buns were still touching when he wrapped then sub up it was so under filled. I have never had this experience at subway.
Needless to say I will never come back to this Subway again I would recommend others stear clear of it as well.
Hopefully someone from head office will take a peek at all of these negative reviews and do something about this service.

I think it’s new owners. I had a coupon for the bowl which is $8 plus tax as well as order the new nacho thing they have.
The girl working barely put any food it’s not like I am buying free food money is still money.
Barely any rice or meat. Asked for more lettuces this is bad don’t have deals if you can’t provide food simple and easy.
Chips are broken she put not even half the pack. Like this isn’t a charity buddy we are paying for the food.
Very disappointed. Use to like this location but the service and quantity of food has went down.
I like this location, but the app says they're open at 7am, and so does google maps. The building they are located in doesn't open until 9am.
Im sorry but WHAT?? This is the Steak'n Bacon $15 sub...and I didn't even get a single layer of meat...like they used maybe 1/2 a portion and spread it over a footling sub. According to the description it's supposed to have double cheese- again, I didn't even get single portion of cheese....just pathetic! Now i remmber why i switched to Firehouse Subs...not even comparable!

Been going to this Subway for years and always been satisfied with the service . The place is nice and clean and the staff are nice and always accommodating and the subs are always good and fresh and satisfying. Money well spent in this establishment .
