I've ordered from this Subway several times with similar issued, after today is the last time. I ordered a Turkey Sub and it arrives with no turkey or meat on the sub. 2 weeks back I ordered the same sandwich and they literally dumped an ounce of salt and pepper on it making it unedible. They have these Indian people that have never eaten a sandwich making the subs they are so incompetent its beyond understanding. Do not order anything from this place

The young man who served me today was lovely, and for teaching the women how to do everything deserves 5 stars. The women however need to learn how to speak to people and treat people in general, never mind customer service skills because they have none.

Most pathetic experience. They never have inventory, they have network issues so you cant get any rewards from your app & everytime some or other sauces will not be available.. what's the point of having such outlet inside a premium mall.

Guy sold my wife soggy bread and didn't want to replace it. It was eventually replaced free of charge after telling them thay I'm going to go above and beyond their position to the higher ups. He gave me excuses about you should get it toasted so its not like that. This is my first negative food review. Do not get Italian herbs and cheese from this restaurant

Today me and my friend visited for din-in and placed order for 12 inch chicken teriyaki sub but when we received it the chicken was not even cooked properly and we complained it. At that time there was manager but she told that I can not do anything ‘ I can reheat it for you’ but the problem was the chicken was raw and she was arguing with us even I only had 2 bits of it and asked for a replacement but she was being so rude and not treated us well. I mean I don’t wanted the free sub but I wanted the perfect quality of the product for which I spent money. But her behaviour was ridiculous. She didn’t even greet us.
Gave me Ham instead of turkey, went to get it fixed, was told i was a liar. Meat is bright pink and smells like ham. i know the difference. Cannot eat ham due to personal reasons. I BIT THE SANDWICH. Now i have a sandwich i cannot eat. thanks for no dinner tonight subway! Rude Staff, too cheap to provide good service.

Literally, SO terribly rude. Don’t even talk to you, no hello, no thank you. Just slam your food down on a tray and have the nerve to ask for a TIP!? Here’s a tip.. crack a smile. Give you side eye when you need some napkins. Drink over filled and spilled all down the side of the cup. 13$ later my daughter had a 6inch turkey sub. What a disaster. Wth happened to ANY type of customer service???? Not looking for a red carpet roll out but a hello would be appreciated.
