Under trained staff, long wait times. Most of the workers are on the dull side, and they take forever to make a simple sub.Need new staff, not more staff.

Probably one of the worse Subway Locations ever. They didn’t know how to make my subway sandwich, so I had to tell them how. It comes across like they do not get trained properly.

This is by far the worst Subway I've ordered from in my life. All 3 times I went the lineups lasted at least 20 minutes. The third time was my last time. The lady putting the toppings on my sub was slow and sloppy. The cashier told me he hates his coworkers which I can understand because no one was working as a team. They ran out of lettuce and it took way too long to go in the back and restock. On top of all this my sub was mixed up and handed to the wrong person.I'm not one to complain but this was absolutely ridiculous. Will not be returning unless I see new staff.
Just waited in line nearly one whole hour for a basic pizza sub with nothing but hot sauce on it...There was maybe 4 people in front of me when I got in line. 2 people working behind the counter, which I think is pretty standard for most Subway restaurants...Let me just say that watching them handle my food was like watching someone walk on the thinnest ice in the world... it’s like they were afraid of literally breaking the bread.Once the cheese, pepperoni and sauce (I don’t even think it was the right sauce) were put on my sub, it was toasted and left sitting on the counter for about 15 minutes before even being touched again...Needless to say, the sub was cold when I finally got to eat it...Not to mention that they didn’t even have the most basic toppings... spiniach, pickles, they didn’t even have lettuce! It’s a good thing I’m not too picky with where I’ll eat here, because I certainly will not be going back to Subway at Mohawk ever again.
It just what you think.
I don’t think there is a slower subway out there. I figured that 5 people ahead of me wouldn’t be so bad....turns out I was very wrong. It took 7 staff, 37 minutes to get through the 5 people ahead of me and the two staff who handled my sub another 10 very frustrating minutes from start to finish with my order.I had to say 2 times what type of meat I wanted, 3 times what kind of cheese and another 2 times I had to tell them i wanted it toasted. It took them 5 minutes to put the toppings on my sub after it was finished toasting because three of the staff were having, yet again....another personal conversation.I can appreciate the care that goes into making a sandwich....but surely there has to be some sort of balance between care and speed. These staff were acting like they were dressing a newborn baby with each sub. Moving at a substantially slow pace. Thank goodness I had 3 hours between classes or I would have been screwed.I have the Boost app....which never works for subway on campus, however, all other food locations on the Boost app work fine. Even when the app worked for subway they would never have it started whenever i arrived at the designated time for pick-up.I also have the subway app....which chronically shows this location as closed even when the hours in the app state that it should be open. This location needs some sort of fire lit under them, the level of service drastically decreases regardless of how delicately they spread the bread open after tediously cutting it.I wish I could say I won’t be returning....I just don’t have that option.
I never get this type of sub in my life.Need more employees. They didn't have enough sauce.
I refuse to go here because of their one employee always rolling her eyes. Just a general rude person. Fire her and i give 5 stars

Located in the cafeteria of Mohawk college. They have fair portions as everything is made in a way that it is weighed properly. Usually they are fast with preparation. They do not accept gift cards or coupons, this includes the sub of the day deal. The greatest asset of this subway is the great company that can be found in the cafeteria of Mohawk college!
Experienced is extremely rushed with what feels like little care taken to ensure the sandwich is made to the way you want properly.
Fast service
Looking great infrastructure and provide fruitful services to students
