Patiently waiting for someone to take my order, 2 other people walk in and walk over to the cash register. I assumed they were picking up mobile orders. Nope, they served them first. I left. Pretty inconsiderate.

Pretty good experience! The veggies were fresh, the bread was warm, and the sandwich was made just the way I asked. The staff was polite and worked efficiently, even during a busy time. Only reason it’s not a full 5 stars is the limited seating and the place could’ve been a bit cleaner. Still, great value for a quick, customizable meal. If you’re looking for a decent sub on the go, this location gets the job done well. I’ll be stopping by again for sure! Keep in mind set!

Employees are sooooo kind and do such an amazing job at putting together the sandwiches. Never stingy with the veg and meat either. Probably the best location I’ve been to! Highly recommend this subway location.

When I pulled into the parking lot and parked my vehicle there subway pick up sign fell down and scratch the side of my truck. I immediately notified the staff working and the girl replied oh sorry about that. I said is there a manager available? She said no then another employee came and she told him about it so he got on the phone and told me he would go look at it and take pictures. The girl took my order and started making my subs. Then she stopped & started serving another person… What the heck with that! I saw the employee outside taking pictures of the sign and the scratches on my truck. He came back in and said my manager wants to speak to you at that time. I got on the phone and he told me that I’d have to file it through my insurance that it’s not up to them! How does the sign that’s not attached to anything fall on my vehicle and cause some big time scratching that can’t come out with wax, not be your problem…give me a break NEVER coming back to the store!

one of the best sub i ever had in ontario.I got 4 vegetarian footlongs for my family under BOGO deal and had a very low expectations since they were giving 2 footlongs for the price of 1 but this location surprised me and our subs were fully loaded and very juice, also just finely grilled and toasted. Must recommend this place for subs, will revisit soon :)

Once was a great location(Mohawk/upper paradise - westcliffe mall) but in recent years their quality has declined. They always give not enough toppings, and that’s not a subjective opinion. I used to work here, and I know the rules! Locations do this because they are too lazy to do decent meal prep. Save your money, and go elsewhere.
