TO WHOEVER OWNS THE FRANCHISE. YOUR COOK IS GOING TO PUT YOU OUT OF BUSINESS ( 2/4/2024 at 10:30am in the morning). That cook clearly doesn't care about the quality of food leaving the kitchen. Literally just put it in a box and send it out eh?
A burnt brick of eggs served on a soggy bun? Delivered ice cold (thanks to Uber). Not sure why a store that's 10km away is accepting orders anyways. Obviously the delivery driver held it upside down at one point too.
And $6 for a half cup of chocolate milk? No thanks. Never eating this overpriced to trash again.

Way over priced for the quality. Was an absolute joke of a breakfast. 1 adult and 3 kids.... $85 dollars and I didn't order any meat. I'll never go back and would never recommend this place to my worse enemy

Absolutely horrible. Kids pancakes were hard, we didn’t get our drinks till half way through our food (coffee and Orange juice) and only got our food cause we stopped the waitress and asked to order. Will NEVER go the water sunset again. Terrible experience!

smallest pieces of bacon I’ve ever seen and our server barely acknowledged us regardless of the wait, then proceeds to try to charge us for a side of toast that we didn’t even receive and she would’ve known that if she had 2bite/ 2 minute checked us but we didn’t see her till we finished our food and she offered to get the bill

Service was excellent. The waitress greeted us with a smile and was helpful with our questions about the menu. There was some issues with using a gift card but the staff were super friendly and patient with the system issue even though it was peak busy time in the morning.

I have fond memories of coming here but yesterday the service wasn’t soo great.
It took a while before our order was taken. We literally had to keep our hands up for about 2mins.
The food on one order was served separately- I had finished the eggs before the bread came.
The bread came pre-buttered. The service lady mentioned that “next” time I come in- I should tell them that I don’t want it buttered - as it usually comes “pre buttered” which I found strange.
The service altogether was not good. I encourage the manager to try to look into the food timings/ servers training.
To the owner's response, I did not say it took time for the food to be prepared- I said it took time for the server to come to take the order. I am not sure if this is people-pleasing; but rather good service to attend to a customer at least within the first 3 mins of sitting in. So having to wait for almost 7 minutes is bad service. I do not think I would come back- only thought to write this review so there can be some learnings. It's really up to you.

Been to this location on several occasions in the past however today’s events have ensured I will not be going there anymore. I’m not upset with our server because he messed up our order but with the person who called himself the owner. For the lack of service he gave us statements like “we are short staffed today”, “there were several orders”, “the server is new” and when I told him those are “his issues”, he responded by saying “have you ever run a restaurant of your own”. Man the guys got some attitude. I guess he forgets he is in a “service” business and people will stop coming if they don’t get just that - “service”. He tried to provide a few portions of toast “free” as if we were folks that couldn’t afford it and even discounted the bill by 40% which I didn’t accept and ensured I paid every penny I owed him. Never going there again and will request folks to avoid that location.

We have been coming to this location for few years, and the service has never been bad as today. The gentleman who was serving us was so tardy that he kept dropping coffee, banging and more to my suprise he did not know what we ordered and in return asking us what we ordered. Another major flip was when while talking to the owner he says he is running short staff and blames the order taker, the server. He also had the audacity to ask us if we have ever run restaurants. To his dismay I am running the entire western region for a restaurant brand.
Not sure if the management has changed but it was a total disaster. I would not like to spend my hard earned money for such horrible experience.

Fresh delicious food, plated wonderfully for takeout. Restaurant is clean and tidy, and the food is seasoned and tastes great. Owner Ankush and team are very friendly and love to build customer relations :) 10/10 would visit again.

Eggs benny was delish….
But they got an issue with under cooking their breakfast potatoes. They just boil them and toss them in a pan for a minute. They are ready to make mash ?
I tried the cheese burger today.
The meat was black on both sides, over cooked and dry / had no seasoning. An 8ounce burger needs seasoning or it just isnt good.
Dont be scared to season the meat and the breakfast potatoes. They are too bland.
But you got awesome hollandaise.
A tad thick but still tasty. ?
