This is probably the best takeout sushi spot in Hamilton. Very fresh, good portion size (sometimes rolls are too large), good price for the quality and many deals if ordering on uber (bogo). Have yet to be disappointed with anything.

My favourite thing to order is the torched salmon nigiri. I hate when place skimp out on the sashimi that tops the nigiri, but this place doesn’t.

Usually I am hesitant to order tuna because it can be fishy, here it is not and actually prefer it over the salmon.

Terrible experience. The wasabi was served as an uneven hand-rolled ball, the fish pieces inside the rolls were cut inconsistently, making the sushi sizes almost twice different, and worst of all — I found fish bones in two pieces. Absolutely unacceptable. Never ordering here again.

Website is easy to use. Service is efficient and friendly. Ordered the Small Party Tray and it was more than enough for 2. You will not go wrong ordering from Sushi on Fennell. Sushi was freshly made and tasty.

Fresh and flavourful, highly recommend! Staff was friendly and knowledgable. Walked in and had fresh food within 20 mins brought out to my car and got a sushi nacho for being a first time visitor! Cannot wait to dine here again!
