Don't know what type of scam they run here, charged me an extra $4 for a pickup. Asked for extra sour cream ( got one ) no butter and this was supposed to be for a full chicken. Stay away from this place. This is back to back issues with this same place on Upper James

I ordered in from this location… I unfortunately will never be able to eat swiss chalet again and this experience ruined it for me. The baked potato was literally rotten, there were multiple small bones in our meal as well. The potatoes were one big clump and didn’t have the texture of potatoes at all they tasted like plastic. Not to mention the wrap we got was falling apart in the box and the dips/gravies were all opened including the packages so we didn’t get any of them. When we got to the bones it was a matter of “okay well i guess its chicken mistakes happen”, but to give a rotting potato and mashed potatoes that are essentially a brick? Disgusting experience.

Delicious tender chicken and fall of the bone ribs, served in a combo dinner with Chicken soup was full of noodles, chicken and vegs. I so miss these restaurants where I live. I go to them every time I visit Canada.

Well where do I start. My pulled chicken ssandwichwas missing the chicken, my co-worker didn't get her meal. Absolutely terrible. The driver was rude when he had to return with my co-workers meal. Disgusting service.

Girl at counter was fast to service me, fast to get order, all is great
Parking: Not sure how many spots, but not enough to fit, pickup and eat in customers, on a hour hour time, I had to park in gas station next door and walk across a hardly cleared snow covered parking lot, in minus 14 weather
Had the Festive Chicken Sandwich combo with the Chicken Broccoli Cheddar Soup. It was delicious! Went through the drive-thru and everything was in the bag. Great service!

Last Friday, Dec 6th, I had lunch with a group of ten, and was amazed how well we were served. Food was brought promptly, hot and delicious. The server was excellent, even though she was very busy. Great lunch experience. Had the Festive Special that was reasonably priced and very tasty. I'd highly recommend this location!

Now I know why it took me a year to go back to Swiss Chalet most disgusting I've had in a long time the first order of half chicken was so hard you couldn't even eat it the second piece they brought me of the white meat it was like eating pureed baby food I didn't end up eating anything the fries were like mashed potatoes and then the manager goes don't worry it's on us I didn't even end up eating had to go somewhere else for lunch after waiting for that nasty food not sure why I cannot share the pictures but I would love to you can see what I mean it would be okay for a baby to eat the chicken cuz they would never choked on it about the second one anyway gross's and then the dirty salt shaker on top of the table to go with it they just opened at 11:00 and that's what I had to face a nasty dirty salt shaker with sauce all over the top of it stuck from yesterday and half empty

Decided to treat ourselves to Swiss Chalet tonight. We were in Hamilton and stopped at the Upper James location. Needless to say it was NOT a treat! When my food came my garlic beans were cold ... couldn't melt butter on them ... the bread on my hot chicken sandwich was hard ...even with the gravy on it ... the chicken was good but unfortunately had a piece of grizzle that I thought was a bone... This was just my meal ... the couple I was with had their own issues. I was totally disappointed.
