Girl at counter was fast to service me, fast to get order, all is great
Parking: Not sure how many spots, but not enough to fit, pickup and eat in customers, on a hour hour time, I had to park in gas station next door and walk across a hardly cleared snow covered parking lot, in minus 14 weather
Had the Festive Chicken Sandwich combo with the Chicken Broccoli Cheddar Soup. It was delicious! Went through the drive-thru and everything was in the bag. Great service!

Last Friday, Dec 6th, I had lunch with a group of ten, and was amazed how well we were served. Food was brought promptly, hot and delicious. The server was excellent, even though she was very busy. Great lunch experience. Had the Festive Special that was reasonably priced and very tasty. I'd highly recommend this location!

Now I know why it took me a year to go back to Swiss Chalet most disgusting I've had in a long time the first order of half chicken was so hard you couldn't even eat it the second piece they brought me of the white meat it was like eating pureed baby food I didn't end up eating anything the fries were like mashed potatoes and then the manager goes don't worry it's on us I didn't even end up eating had to go somewhere else for lunch after waiting for that nasty food not sure why I cannot share the pictures but I would love to you can see what I mean it would be okay for a baby to eat the chicken cuz they would never choked on it about the second one anyway gross's and then the dirty salt shaker on top of the table to go with it they just opened at 11:00 and that's what I had to face a nasty dirty salt shaker with sauce all over the top of it stuck from yesterday and half empty

Decided to treat ourselves to Swiss Chalet tonight. We were in Hamilton and stopped at the Upper James location. Needless to say it was NOT a treat! When my food came my garlic beans were cold ... couldn't melt butter on them ... the bread on my hot chicken sandwich was hard ...even with the gravy on it ... the chicken was good but unfortunately had a piece of grizzle that I thought was a bone... This was just my meal ... the couple I was with had their own issues. I was totally disappointed.

Last Sunday we ordered two family meals for Thanksgiving. The chicken and other other sides were great, except for fries which came in each family meal. They looked old and when we took them out of the cardboard container they were soaked in oil and the oil was dripping. Hopefully they will read this and replace my order of fries- that would he great. Thank you.

Went to Swiss Chalet for an early dinner Saturday night of the Thanksgiving weekend and had a great time! Food was fast and tasty - we both had the Festive Special. I had a Caesar to drink and was impressed with the low price. My partner enjoyed his 'bottomless' non-alcoholic beverage. Desserts were yummy and our server was lovely. Will definitely be back soon.

Went during rush hour and because of this all our food was piping hot and fresh. The server Emilia was fantastic.
