Was there today january 10 2026 around 5:42 pm to pick up food for myself i could see a heavier set man working in the back, grabbing chicken, with no gloves on wipe his hands on his clothes. Then grab more chicken for other orders he did not have on a hair net, either. Even though he is balden, so that means his hair is fallen out maybe you should make that employee. Go get his food handler certificate. So he knows how to properly wash his hands. Which I did not see him do at all. When I was waiting for my food for over 20 minutes
If you don't want your employees to be seen, maybe you should not have a open kitchen concept i saw so much cross-contamination from that one employee

We are in a hotel very close to the location, a takeout/delivery only site, but it took forever to get here. I requested utensils but didn’t get any. Not sure how they thought we would eat a quarter chicken, Caesar salad and cheesecake with our hands. No napkins were provided either. There is no option to request salt and pepper or mayo. The food was barely warm and the stuffing was very dry. Overall, a mediocre experience.

If I could leave a zero star review, I would. Chicken was dry and cold. Fed it to the homeless people around the corner from my house

Ordered for dinner to the hospital, get service, and the food was fantastic. So happy Swiss Chalet delivers to places like a hospital, brought smiles to my daughters face.

Ordered the FAMILY Festive special, cut into 4 quarters and 4 sides to take home and enjoy. The chicken was
fully cooked and tasted delicious as the aromatic BBQ sauce dripped off every savoury bite.

I ordered 2 quarter chicken dinner with half rack ribs On the menu board it says drink included I ask the cashier where is the drink that’s included she said I have to pay extra for the drink because it’s not included I showed her the sign on their menu board that’s says it’s included and she said the board says it’s included originally it’s not it will be an extra charge . Also I got 2 kids meal with mac and cheese with mash potato a apple juice with m&m’s I also ask the cashier to also add a ginger ale soda for my daughter that they forgot to put in the bag . I also got another kids meal but this one had leg and mash potato 🥔 and an apple juice . I also get 12 hot wings with mac and cheese . I went there at on November 12 2025 at 5:56 ain’t leave out there until almost 7 they took so long to get my order prepared and the cashier sames as if she didn’t know what she was doing . She climb over the counter so she could see the little kids meal chicken leg because she say kids meal don’t comes with chicken it sames as if she’s new and don’t know what she’s doing . Please tell your staff that if the item says it includes a drink the drink is free because that’s what included means rather than trying to charge us extra for the drinks . I did not get a chance to take a photo of all the food but yh this is how some of it look fries was cold as hell
