Customer service is abysmal and basically non existent. I ordered food through the Swiss chalet App and it took almost 2 hours for it to be delivered. I live about a 10 minute drive from the establishment. Our food was very cold. When I called to find out where the food was at 1 hour 30 minute mark they told me the drive was 5 minutes away which was a lie. I asked for some sort of compensation and they transferred back to the main menu instead of the store manager which I had asked to speak to. I am very frustrated and will never recommend this location to anyone.

This location is a take out but you have to watch because I ordered 2 quarter chicken dinners and the chicken was very dry as if it were on side for a while.it didnt look busy when I went.You are better off going to a restaurant style were the chicken is always fresh.

We order this and we didn't got what we got on this menu. It was less Fry's and salads for 7 people. Meat was okay. But not enough fries and salad. To little. For one person.
Food is usually so much better since they trying to lose customers I'm not even going to bother. White meat didn't order and burnt tasting like they could have gave it to someone hours for free not just cause this time I didn't upgrade?? What a seriously sad joke for them. With a two dinner coupon that must be why here's garbage take it and be grateful or something that's how it feels weird.

First off we googled the location. It said eat in and it's not! We were looking forward to a nice dining experience but don't get it her. Take it off your darn website. It's not eat in. Second of all the chicken was dry and so were the ribs. Tasted like they had been cooked earlier in the day and kept warm. So disappointing the meal came to 65.00 and by the time we got home everything was cold. Had to microwave it all. Very disappointed and never going back. Sorry terrible experience

Potatoes wasn't cooked enough both chicken breast were very. They put the chocolates into the take out bag with the hot food which WHY just WHY... They didn't give me any sourcream and only 3 butters for two meals and buns... Won't likely be going back also $13. For a breast with nothing else is horrible. Like the previous gentleman said... The meat was super dry and tough and way over cooked. The ribs were like tree bark and the chicken was dry and burnt to a crisp. By far the crappiest, I mean CRAPPIEST Swiss Chalet I've ever been to.
