Well I just left there. My food was cold and I could not find the girl that was the server. She was training someone and never came to table. I had to go find her. I also took a salad home and it’s bad. This is ridiculous. You used to have good food and service. Do better!

Food was delivered on time, however, the chicken was very dry, mashed potatoes were glued to the box, and did not receive double order of chalet sauce. It was not really edible but did not go through heart ache to return. In the garbage it went.

Worst food I've eaten. The chicken is dry and overcooked. The fries is soft and burnt. I will never waste money on this type of food again. Absolutely horrible. Today was Thanksgiving. The store had so many food delivery Driver's, that made the small, space very congested. The store and staffs/ Manager, has no organizations, skills towards a bz time. My suggestion is, cook your own food.

The steamed vegetables were hard as a rock, garden sald was awful, the sald was white. Obviously they didn't care, lots of restaurants around to choose from.

We visited this Swiss Chalet location twice, and every time, we enjoyed our time here. We like the Swiss Chalet restaurant brand because of their delicious food at very reasonable prices. We ordered their new parm chicken meal with ceaser salad, chicken and broccoli soup bowl, kids pizza, and drinks. They were tasted good and yummy. We enjoyed our dinner. Moreover, this location is quite spacious, and the staff were very nice and friendly. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.
Parking: They have their own parking lot.
Kid-friendliness: Kids enjoy the place as they get crayon colors and gifts when they leave.

Absolutely disgusted with this location. I placed my order at 4:45 for a 6:25 delivery time. It is currently 7:47 and our food has finally arrived. The only plus at this time that I can see is that at least the food is still hot. I will not be ordering from Swiss Chalet EVER again as this is the second time this has happened to us.
