We visited this Swiss Chalet location twice, and every time, we enjoyed our time here. We like the Swiss Chalet restaurant brand because of their delicious food at very reasonable prices. We ordered their new parm chicken meal with ceaser salad, chicken and broccoli soup bowl, kids pizza, and drinks. They were tasted good and yummy. We enjoyed our dinner. Moreover, this location is quite spacious, and the staff were very nice and friendly. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.
Parking: They have their own parking lot.
Kid-friendliness: Kids enjoy the place as they get crayon colors and gifts when they leave.

Absolutely disgusted with this location. I placed my order at 4:45 for a 6:25 delivery time. It is currently 7:47 and our food has finally arrived. The only plus at this time that I can see is that at least the food is still hot. I will not be ordering from Swiss Chalet EVER again as this is the second time this has happened to us.

First off, I swear he must have trained with NASA because my order arrived at warp speed. I placed my order, blinked, and suddenly Arun was at my door, grinning like a man who just outran the cops in a high-speed chase.
Presentation? Immaculate. The bag was handed to me like it contained the lost treasure of Atlantis. Not a single fry out of place. The rotisserie chicken? Perfectly nestled like a newborn baby in a warm blanket of gravy.

Arun the delivery guy was such a professional. The kitchen undercooked the chicken and he went back to the restaurant, had it recooked and came right back. At least that’s what he told us. 10/10
Maria (Our waitress) was very friendly and funny. Made our day. She also gave fantastic service. Had the Stir Fry which was excellent.

Chicken quarter dinner, they weren't joking. Seriously the size of the chicken is a quarter of the packaging box or on par with the size of a tic-tac gums 😄. These must be pigeons because of the size. Quite expensive dinner if thats what they're using.
