My wife and I went for dinner tonight we had a coupon so it was really worth it, the food was great the service from Jordan was also great, definitely will go back coupon or not

Well I just left there. My food was cold and I could not find the girl that was the server. She was training someone and never came to table. I had to go find her. I also took a salad home and it’s bad. This is ridiculous. You used to have good food and service. Do better!

Food was delivered on time, however, the chicken was very dry, mashed potatoes were glued to the box, and did not receive double order of chalet sauce. It was not really edible but did not go through heart ache to return. In the garbage it went.

Worst food I've eaten. The chicken is dry and overcooked. The fries is soft and burnt. I will never waste money on this type of food again. Absolutely horrible. Today was Thanksgiving. The store had so many food delivery Driver's, that made the small, space very congested. The store and staffs/ Manager, has no organizations, skills towards a bz time. My suggestion is, cook your own food.

Had the Roast Beef special was awesome. I'm definitely a fan. And as for restaurant meals out, you can't beat the value at Swiss Chalet.

The steamed vegetables were hard as a rock, garden sald was awful, the sald was white. Obviously they didn't care, lots of restaurants around to choose from.
