This review is specifically for Daniel. My bf and I come thru pretty often and for quite awhile now, Daniel has been our favourite person in any fast food, restaurant or service place, period. The last few times we’ve come through, Danial wasn’t there to take our order. We thought maybe he wasn’t there anymore and we were devastated. When we came through today to pick up our mobile order…DANIEL WAS THERE! We were both so excited. Seriously the best customer service person EVER. Super super friendly, consistently, every time. Even when he’s busy, he makes sure to ask how you are, he’s polite, and he acknowledges you. Thank you Daniel! You make our Taco Bell experience amazing every time, you’re a household name for us.

I found hair in my taco, and when I called to let them all the lady said was “what would you like us to do?” In a passive aggressive voice. The taco was soggy and disgusting. Wouldn’t recommend.

Taco Bell is so disgusting. There's nothing special about it. The best taco bell in the world is 3 stars. Not because they're doing anything wrong but because that's as good as it gets.
Service was great, place was clean, the food is awful. I wasn't nearly drunk or high enough for this.
This is one of the only ones that are always good and polite, and they actually respect customers

Don’t order anything here. The girl working the drive thru did not listen to what I ordered after repeating it 3 times and instead put in a more expensive option than what I was asking for. I was meant to pay 9.69, instead told to pay 13.89. This location is extremely sketchy. Additionally, the portion sizes and filling of the tacos are very lacklustre, you’ll be eating 80% taco shell rather than toppings. Please save your money and don’t order from here.

This was my first visit to a Canadian Taco Bell. I was told they are better than the American Taco Bell restaurants I'm familiar with. The staff were friendly and prompt, and the restaurant was neat and clean. American Taco Bell is crap these days, and I no longer patronize them. This Canadian Taco Bell reminded me of what Taco Bell was like 10 years ago. It was a nice experience of what my favorite fast food chain was once like. My only complaint is the 5-layer burrito is half the size of an American one (that is half the size they were five years ago). It was more tortilla than filling. ? And, for what it's worth, Canadian Taco Bell "Fire" sauce is nothing like the original.
