Literally the slowest “fast food” you will ever order in your life. This could be the restaurant in the food court with the shortest line and it still wont matter! Only ever one person on cash and about 1-2 people in the back. They are extremely slow and you have to wait 15+ minutes for your order everytime even if its small. Dont waste your time!

If I could leave a zero star review, I would. Management refused to accommodate order as needed. Furthermore, having an employee lie to my face claiming that not putting cayenne pepper goes against their policy when in all reality, every other Taco Bell I have gone to has done it for me. They were just too lazy to make a fresh batch of fries without paprika on it.

I can’t believe how awful my last visit to Taco Bell was. I waited over 20 minutes for a simple Combo 1. Absolutely unacceptable. If this is the kind of service Taco Bell thinks is okay, I won’t be coming back anytime soon.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I placed an order on Uber eats and everything was wrong with the order when it arrived. We ordered the value box, the deluxe box, and a black bean chalupa. Everything in the bag was labeled incorrectly so we had to dig through each item to figure out what it actually was. I asked for no tomato on anything in the deluxe box and they wrote that manually on the receipt and yet each item had tomatoes on it. The beef items barely had any meat on them and were over powered with sauces to take up space. THE WORST PART: the rice on my beef burrito was uncooked. I almost broke a tooth biting into raw rice and the burrito was inedible. The only saving grace was that they gave us lots of fries but I would have rather had a correct order than tons of fries and everything else wrong. Would not recommend eating here after this experience.

Yesterday I visited for my lunch break on this store, my experience with them was awesome. They really cares for the customer satisfaction by helping them with deals and offers. Overall environment at the store was pretty decent. While restaurant looks busy, but still everyone get treated with respectfully and humbly. I appreciate to keep it up👍

This is unacceptable. I order a fries supreme with extra chesse which I was charged $1.00 something extra . So just over 7.00 for this disgusting thing. How was this even acceptable and where is the extra cheese . Can't email to complain you can only got on Twitter no email provided for head office this is so unbelievable unacceptable
