20 years ago the food was good and great prices. Hot and mild sauce was by the handful. Spent $115 on did not get one packet….asked for 30 packets..last time I eat there.

Went in to store ordered $40 worth of food got home 1/2 the order was missing called in spoke the ‘the manager’ he advised me he would take my name and I could pickup the missing food in a few WEEKS never again
I spent $40 on a mobile order and they stuffed everything in one bag. The bag ripped open and all the stale cold fries went everywhere. All the food was cold and the lettuce was brown. This location is a huge disappointment. I should have definitely read the reviews and took the 20 minute drive to upper James.

Where do I start? The restaurant was empty, yet we were told to wait, even though there was no one at the drive-thru either. We only ordered two burritos, which were poorly wrapped and didn’t even resemble burritos. Despite choosing the drive-thru, I was told to come inside to get my food. Inside, the staff seemed more interested in chatting with friends and walking them to their cars while speaking in another language. Overall, it was a very strange experience for something as simple as two chicken burritos.

This was my first visit back to a Taco Bell in several years.
Employees seemed too busy in the back to help so I was forced to use the self ordering station.
I ordered a Cheesy Gordita Crunch combo with a fries supreme. The total for this transaction was $14.11. I was absolutely floored over how expensive this was. The pita on the outside of the taco was stale and crumbling apart and the cheese was covered in a white powder, not very appetizing. Employees do not speak very good English. This will be my last visit to a Taco Bell unless I see some sort of better pricing advertised.
Between the quality of the food, experience with the employees and the price of the menu items it’s just not enjoyable or worth it to visit Taco Bell anymore.

I was pleased by how friendly the staff was at the drive thru. I always expect bitter jerks but the woman who served me was very happy and pleasant. Foods just like any other tacobell but it seems to me this shift was very good. Ill go back for a few tacos and a baja blast
