Depressing drive thru service. You enter hungry and excited, and leave the window sad to be treated like a transaction, lol. Said zero words to me handing me my food and as few as humanly possible to take my order.

Food was passable, barely. One of my 3 items was surprisingly good but the other two were subpar.

Go to Upper James & Rymal if you have the time, that's the only location that has the goods each and every time. (Not that I care that much, but they even ask how you are doing at the drive thru! Lol, it's that good.

Handed my drink with the lid not on properly - collapsed and I wore half. I’m still there with it in my hand dripping and the guy tries to hand me food. I told him what happened and he handed me two napkins…no sorry, no replace the drink nothing….yup…done!

Three strikes and I am done with this location. All three times I have gone here they put so little meat in their food that I left feeling hungry.
Today was the final day that my husband and I went in and again very little meat.
I have been cooking for years and know the measurements for food and I had the equivalent of one tablespoon of meat on my chalupa and taco and the rest was all lettuce. I did go to the front and was told that they use a scoop for the same meat amount for everyone. I did inform them that their scoop is far too small and that the Upper James store puts enough meat on their food so that you can taste it.
Is this how this store makes money by feeding the people cheap lettuce tacos and food. Not fair to those who use their hard earned money to by themselves a meal.

No one in management will read this, so no change will happen. Anyways, robotic service with a smile. Fries were ice cold. 3 staff in back on their phones and just smiling. Had to ask for napkins and condiments, not offered. Trash on floor and tables. And no customers around. I wonder why. Can’t staff get off their phones and do a walk around, clean the tables, pick trash off floor, clean up trash bin area, and then go back on their phones? Or just do away with the dining room.

Ordered online. Pulled up a few minutes later and was told to come inside or come back as it would be 5-7 minutes. Not sure why as if I ordered at the window it would have been immediate. Awful service. Then when I went back, even though my order specifically said hot sauce, they gave mild. Ridiculous that I gave them time to do my order and they got it wrong. Plus my tacos were soggy meaning that they sat there for the entire time I had to wait.

12:20 am July 24th ordered a chicken quesadilla. Asked for extra sour cream on the side, a few times, didn't get it, had to ask again after checking and noticing there wasn't extra. No sauce in the bag either and the quesadilla wasn't even cut.

I went in because my kids wanted some Taco Bell. I waited 5 minutes before I was served (no one was in front of me and the staff did see me). After I ordered, I waited another 20 minutes for the food. No apology for the wait. Another guy who came in stood in line for several minutes and then just left because no one came to serve him. Clean establishment, but the service is INCREDIBLY slow. I couldn't believe it. This is supposed to be fast food I thought.
