Horrible customer service. The staff are rude, dismissive, and take no responsibility when something goes wrong with an order. Instead of trying to help or make things right, they talk down to customers and make the experience unpleasant. Definitely not the way a business should treat people. I won’t be coming back.

I ordered a regular pizza and was given a thin crust instead. I was charged for a normal pizza, but when I called to clarify, the staff were extremely rude and insisted it was my mistake. I know what I ordered, and instead of fixing their error, they chose to blame me in a very unprofessional way.
This isn’t the first issue either — I’ve previously found hair in my pizza but decided to let it go. However, enough is enough. Mistakes can happen, but the way this business treats customers and handles problems is unacceptable.
I won’t be ordering from here again, and I hope they take accountability and improve their food safety and customer service.

Worker barely known english but the pizza is good.
Today that is April 08 2025 I ordered falafel wrap , it's very disappointing that the person who was handling my order was working without gloves and he just came from outside after delivery in front of us and start handling our order . I think staff need to be trained how to handle orders and food it's basic knowledge and understanding. I don't know how many cents they gonna save by doing so , but definitely put others health on risk . I will not visit at this place again. Not recommended at all as they fails in basic hygiene thing . We garbage the order after that such a shame

Worst place for a gyro. Unless you want garden salade in your pita Just realized they sell slices of pizza to Sherwood students that have no idea thier left overs how do I know because twice I did the same thing. But I was smart got names# and documented.

I asked for two medium pizzas and they tricked me by sending me out of the door with two smalls. The owner at one point decided he will accept more cash and make the pizza smaller. They made that sober decision to do me wrong.
