There customers service is just weird. I called to place an order, the 1st sentence they said was “ can you hold?” No hello, no how may I help you, nothing. I was put on hold for a long time and then they hang my phone. Such a poor service.

I absolutely LOVE the alley and maybe this was just an off day but I was so disappointed! The tapioca was undercooked and the tiramisu smoothie had big ice chunks, I even had to pay for parking just for it to let me down.

The store owner needs to check this location's (near McMaster) bubble's quality. I've been to this location many times. The last two times is March 05, 2025 around 8:30pm and the other time is about 3 weeks ago. Both times the bubbles are quite hard. It tastes under cooked. Very disappointing. I am okay with one "bad day" but this is second time now.
I didn't want to write a bad review but when I went to your website, there is no Email under Contact. Only phone number is listed.
I love tapioca but I hate it when it's either under cooked (too hard) or not chewy (re-heated).

Love the aesthetic, the staff are super chill, great atmosphere my friends and I were hanging out here for at least 1 hour (many more) and it's actually such a vibe, the bubble tea also looks really good and tastes pretty good COMING BACK HERE AGAIN :)
