I want to give a huge shoutout to The Burger Priest on Upper James and especially to the manager, Deep. I won’t lie I had a bit of a rough experience initially. But what really stood out was how Deep handled it. Even though he couldn’t issue a refund due to his POS system, he went above and beyond by promising me a gift card for more than my original purchase, which should be arriving in my email later this week.
I really appreciate this location and their commitment to customer care. Obviously, not everything is going to be perfect all the time, but when something goes wrong, they make it right and that’s what good businesses do. I can’t wait to use my gift card and give this location another try. Highly recommend!

My go to burger place as a celiac! They offer gluten free burger buns and their poutine is also gluten free and they have a seperate fryer for the french fries. I've always have had a good experience when eating here! They ask if its a preference or an allergy when you order and they take the necessary precautions to make sure the food is not cross-contaminated. Also, they deliver to McMaster hospital and were my go to when our son was born!
