The burnt tongue is mainly a soup and sandwich place. The food is decent, although expensive for what it is. I will say the grilled cheese and loaded pickle fries were delicious. The service is friendly but a bit slow. The atmosphere is very nice. It's a good spot for lunch or meeting a friend.

I wish they had this in scarbrough or toronto, this is the best soup place ever. Love me some soup and grilled cheese , just such a hearty meal, always my go to when I go to hamy town

i was in here a while ago and i kind of felt like i was bothering the workers by being there LOL. but everything else was fabulous, i had the butternut squash soup and it was so good, i wish they had it more often!
