Loved the whole vibe! Didn't burn out tongues lol the coup was awesome, wasn't kidding about it being creamy. Grilled cheese was also a classic but didn't get a picture of it. Nailed it though, super crispy.
Since I am at my place of business I Oder to my store and I have been missing utensils and my bun for the past few times that I have ordered other than that I love burnt tongue in the food. I would just like to get what I ordered.
Had the loaded bean burger...was sooooo good. Super fast service and friendly staff! 👍👍
Amazinggggggggggggg leaves you wanting more.
All flavours I’ve tried are 5 star.
We do a group order every Friday at work and often choose this location to order from through Uber Eats. 3 of our last 6 order, including todays, came without buns that accompany our soup. If they aren’t available, don’t make that an option online. Very disappointing.
Best tomato, mushroom soups I had a In a long time. Service is very good
Recommend the Tomato Soup. Even as a take away it was still hot! I enjoy their fries and sandwiches too. Walk or bike there, not much street parking. Such a gem of a place.
great soup
The Burnt Tongue needs to do better instead of serving soups that taste like the ingredients all came from a can.
Add to it mushy tortellinis, soggy fries and soggy grilled cheese sandwiches… for $30+?
The worst thing was the chipotle mayo tasted like mayo with paprika… and the bangkok fries had barely any sriracha in it… we’re not afraid of spice you know?
They forgot my buns, but that always happens anyways I’ve grown numb to it.
I want to like Burnt Tongue, but I’m just disappointed. When I opened the bag I was relieved to see that nothing had spilled because the lid wasn’t properly put on. I tried the tomato and tortellini soup. The soup itself was pretty good, though not phenomenal which you should expect for a regular size at $10. But the real issue here was the mushy tortellini. When you pay so much for something so simple you expect perfection, but the tortellini is so incredibly overcooked to the point that it falls apart and is not enjoyable. I also ordered a full tuna melt at $13. It barely had any tuna in it. There shouldn’t be any part of the sandwich that is just cheese, but there were many. When you pay $23 for a small soup and sandwich you deserve better. I’ve tried this place before, and I feel as though the quality has significantly dropped.

Absolutely delicious and fair pricing as far as prices go now. Great variety and the staff are always friendly .
Amazing food, and amazing service.
I’ve been to the Cannon location a dozen times and never left disappointed. While most people go for the soups (their potato leek is my fav), the burgers are also insanely good. I suggest going for the double patty burger.
Love this place and have been going here for awhile, just realized they use margarine instead of real butter… wish there was an option to pick
Our whole office is obsessed with this place and we order here at least once a week. Friendly staff and take out is super efficient.
