The milk/cream is always empty. I wish it was in the viewing area of the staff so it could be refilled or cleaned up. I don't trust milk and cream outside of the viewing area of the staff.

Great atmosphere with a lot of good food and drink options.Service was quick and friendly. Went for Saturday brunch around 12 and there was still some seating available. Sadly the Benedict waffle was out by that time so had the Canadian, very delicious.Great for dine-in, and take out. Also had lots of very cute merchandise for sale. Will definitely keep this on the list of places to be back to.

The Cannon has great presentation but ultimately lacks substance. The quality of the food falls short of expectedions when considering the premium price point.My partner and I were disappointed with our first visit. I wanted to order the Eggs Benedict but they were out, so I ordered the Canadian Brunch. The sparse amount apple and cheddar meant their flavours got lost in the dish. My partner said some of the sweet potato from her Harvest Brunch was under cooked and boarderline raw. The poached eggs from both dishes were under cooked and had runny egg whites.The brewed coffee and chai latte were weak and not anything special. The chai latte was akin to a warm cup of milk.There were a couple of positives to note. The waffles themselves were quite good and I enjoyed the selection of hot sauce they provided.After tip and tax, our bill came out to $58. My partner and I felt we would have been more satisfied with brunch at a local diner.

I absolutely love the Cannon.The baked goods, and sandwiches are great and coffee is incredible.Their scones are next level.My only complaint is that the cappuccinos only come in one size - I want to order double that size! Haha.

Popped into The Cannon after a run this weekend and was thoroughly impressed! The vibes were immaculate. The staff was extremely friendly - when I asked the staff if they will fill my reusable water bottle and they even offered ice.The service was fast and my cortado was spectacular. I will be seeking every excuse to come back!

originally came in looking to have a late lunch but their kitchen closed as we got there but overall, we tried their drinks, myself an iced matcha latte, my friend, an iced chai with a share cookie, iced matcha was a little milky but nothing that I hated… however it was the aesthetics of the cafe that really captured our attention, i will definitely return again to come and try the menu!!
