So listen. This is the Hammer. If you think you're going to this bar for a Shangri-La dining experience, go back from whence you came. IMO, this is a punk bar.We just saw the Queers play at the Gladstone last night, and the bartender was fast/efficient/friendly. The sound was so-so, the energy was great, and best of all - it was an all ages show! I'm stoked to see a venue that can host all ages punk shows.We'll be back! Thanks guys!

The place was not prepared for the group we had. Food took forever and was served in takeout containers. There was a bar fight. The band started late, and their breaks seemed long. I wouldn't be returning any time

Great place to go for cheap drinks, very nice staff/patrons. Very comfortable environment to get up for karaoke if you are into that not to mention it is a great well managed set up that keeps music going and people singing. Will be back to try the food and take another swing at karaoke- couldn’t recommend this place more
