Been going since there Ottawa street location. Love them. There warrior bowl and pizza pockets are my favourite. Also never had a special food item that I didn't like. There trivia nights are super fun!! Staff are so nice.
My vegan friend takes me here whenever I come to the Halton region for work and as an avid meat eater, I've made a point of trying a different dish every time I come here and I'm impressed by the meat substitutes every single time. Seriously good stuff. Their sweets are also super delicious. Kenny, who has been there every time I've visited, is a very gentle and down to earth human, and the service never disappoints. <3

What an amazing vegan joint! Such wonderful welcoming vibes for ALL! A safe place full of all the vibes, fun & delicious vegan food! Loved what we got! We stayed in Toronto for vacation but made a special drive out to the Hooligan after SO many local vegans raved about it being the SPOT! And yes, yes, it WAS!
What we got: vegan Crunchwrap - was amazing! Super crispy, loaded with vegan crumbles & cheese!
Loaded Mac- delicious vegan Mac & cheese with crumbles, chips & allll the toppings!
Pepperoni rolls- our FAVE!!! Amazing dough filled with vegan melty cheese & pepperoni! The dipping ranch was perfect!
They have a dessert case loaded with vegan cookies, cupcakes & everything you could dream of! Loved their Halloween theme- early in August! Such a fun spot!

We are from New York and this is our second trip to the Hearty Hooligan. On this trip, I had the protein breakfast bowl and my husband had the Philly cheesesteak. Both were very good. We also had to have dessert so I had a chocolate chip cookie and he had the vanilla ice cream sandwich between two chocolate chip cookies. Staff was friendly and helpful.

What an experience! Not only was the decor fabulous (everything was covered in stickers and Simpson things, how can I not be happy?) Tori was great to deal with and was a real delight to talk to. The food was cheap for vegan food and very tasty. Please go here! The are LGBTQIA2S+ friendly too.
