The Keg Steakhouse + Bar - Waterdown

Love the excellent detail to everything, from being walked in to finishing our meal. Everything was high standards and worth the little extra for the best food

We waited 25 minutes for our drinks to arrive, then we waited another 25 minutes for our food to arrive They forgot the kids veggies that comes with the meal When the food came it was really good

Our waiter (I think his name was Matt) service was excellent. Food was amazing. Music just a bit too loud ( I the were sitting under speakers so made it hard for conversation amongst 6 people. Other than that, cannot complain.

We were being seated in a row set-up, which was not satisfactory. There were a number of two person booths available and I asked For one of those instead The front desk person returned and took us to a 4 seater booth, which unfortunately at first I didn't realize was beside the servers stations , which was quite noisy at times. Rather than protest we accepted the less than satisfactory seating worried that whatever would come next would be worse. Thank goodness our server (Meghan) made up for this disappointing lack of customer focus.

Worst service we have ever received at your restaurant. Alsoy blackened chicken was literally in a pool of water. It was strange.! Very unimpressed which is not the norm. Usually we go to the keg and never any complaints

We had a wonderful waitress named Sarah. She said she was fairly new there. Everything was delicious. The quality of the food makes the price more reasonable.,

Our Chicago-style steaks were perfect, as was our tomato and burrata app and raspberry sorbet dessert. Service was top-notch throughout, from greeters at the front to our server.

Pat was our waitress and she was outstanding!! She was super friendly, helpful, accommodating and patient! Food was delicious and the ambience was very relaxing 😍😋

We were celebrating a birthday and had a wonderful night. Our server was very friendly, pleasant and very attentive to our every need.

The calamari was, as always, the best found anywhere. The service was prompt and cordial. The drinks were served quickly and in generous portion. The smallest table in the furthest corner was not a welcome venue. The rice was sticky and flavourless, and not up to the level experienced in the past. Toss in four crunchy beans, a few kernels of corn, and you have a disappointing dining experience. The Keg used to be the benchmark for all others.

Logan was an exceptional server, attentive and very professional. We were a large group with children ranging from 2-16 and he made everyone feel “special” especially the two birthday girls. Great food, great service!

My family eats at The Keg often. Our experience is always excellent. Great food. Great servers who really add to the experience. Great ambience. I enthusiastically advise people to try this restaurant.

I was disappointed as the manager was continually talking to the table across from us. The noise level was extremely high with her conversation. It wasn't the manager but the people she was talking to were extremely loud. We could not have a conversation at our table, as that was the level of the noise from that table. We did mention it to our server and he said we could move tables but he did mention they did have the bill so they should be leaving soon. The waiter was in an akward position as he couldn't really say anything to the manager. After half an hour that table finally left. The table beside them mentioned to us that thank goodness they had left as the volume was way too high. If the manager had come to our table, I wou;ld have definitely mentioned it. I've never experienced this issue before. The manager should have been aware of the noise level but continually kept going to the table to have a conversation. Definitely not happy with the managers inability to realize the issue she was causing.

The Keg Waterdown does NOT disappoint! The service at this location is spectacular! As always, the food is amazing too!
