Great food, great people, and great atmosphere. I have been going here with my family for years and it's always been so classy and welcoming. One time I went with my partner and he accidentally had some almond syrup from my drink (he's allergic to most nuts but we don't know which for certain) and once we made the waitress aware of it she was so helpful. She immediately checked the ingredients in our drinks and not only notified us of the almonds, but regularly checked in to make sure he was alright. Thankfully, he didn't have a reaction but it warms my heart to see a business that truly cares about their employees and customers. I will always be coming back here, truly a staple restaurant in this town ?❤️Dietary restrictions: Nut allergy

We had a party of three. Two had Steaks, I enjoyed the salmon. Everything was cooked to perfection. Our server was attentive but not bothersome. Great place well managed, clean with excellent staff.

This particular Keg restaurant is always a pleasure to visit and dine. It is our go to place for most of our important family and friend celebrations. Never disappointed in the reception, wait staff or meals. Always consistent and pleasurable. Well Done!
Gabby was definitely what made our visit fabulous! Attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. Also love that there was time between apps and meal so we didn't feel rushed. Food was great too!

We have been attending the Waterdown Keg twice a month for the last two months. The service is exceptional. The food is excellent our server last night Jay was so kind and so thoughtful. We were out celebrating our daughters university acceptances, and he added on a special dessert just for her to acknowledge, and make her feel special, top-notch, and classy service. We come from Burlington as we feel the waterdown Keg is run so well!

We are always very impressed with both the quality and taste of food at the Keg each time we dine there. Our server Ashley was both knowledgeable and genuine and provided us with attention to detail service. Couldn't ask for a better experience!

Service was excellent but was a little disappointed in the quality of the food.
Everything went very well. The only issue was the booth I requested when I reserved over 4 weeks earlier was given away even though we had arrived a bit earlier than our 6:15 reservation.

Lobster tails and steak perfectly cooked. Relaxing time at bar with attentive service. Been here when it's busy on a Friday or quiet on a Monday and service and food consistently great. Staff at Waterdown location are the best.

Went to the Keg for my birthday dinner server was nice but service could of been better they disappeared toward the end when we where waiting for our bill and the table we where at was ok but we where seated beside a big table so it was very loud I feel there was some better spots we could of been seated at to have a more relaxing and enjoyable evening considering it was a special occasion and so we could actually have a conversation. Over all our experience was ok but I definitely have had a better experience at other kegs.

The food is amazing, the service is great and the prices are reasonable considering how high quality it is. Only complaint is that it can get really loud when it's busy but I guess that could be the case at any restaurant.

Had a wonderful birthday dinner planned for my husband’s 40th. We ordered the filet for myself, and my husband ordered the filet and added a lobster tail. The food came out sitting in a bath of bloody liquid, and staff was accommodating to rectify it. The lobster tail was extremely small, and dry, the shell crumbled on his plate. Shell pieces were everywhere. My sides got reduced once they took it back to change up the bloody plates as you can see in the picture. Mine on the left. We would personally never order a lobster tail from here again. Besides that, the meal was fantastic. Service wasn’t top notch and we waited a long time to be served, and we were never offered our drinks to be refilled for the rest of the evening.Overall the food was delicious and atmosphere was spot on.
