The mule is the safest restaurant for me to eat at and let me tell you they never disappoint. Each and every time they are extremely accommodating and make any modifications that are needed within reason. I highly recommend this location specifically. I have always had pleasant servers, amazing food and great service. I would also like to add that there is one gentleman that works there that has the best customer service on the phone. His personality is perfectly heard throughout the entire call. He even very kindly greeted me when I was picking up my takeout order. He certainly deserves a raise!! I would just like to shout him out (I unfortunately didn’t catch his name - he was working Tuesday Dec 2 around 430pm). Overall this is one of the best restaurants I’ve ever come across. Thank you for existing :)

I really liked the crispy chicken and brisket tacos , calamari - we ordered the lunch special which I would say is really worth the price. They even have refillable iced tea’s ( I think ) so that was even better lol <3

Stopped in for lunch after an event down town. Love the old and new vibes of the location. Staff were super friendly, our server Kailey was very nice. Food was 10/10, the fish and nashville chicken tacos were a favourite. Chips and salsa to share was also amazing. Would definitely come back or recommend to anyone in the area.

We’ve been coming to The Mule for years and it never disappoints! My son absolutely LOVES this place — especially the fish tacos. One time he even ate 7 (until I had to cut him off… my pockets were crying because I knew there was no limit 😂). The atmosphere, the service, and the food are always above amazing.
We went again tonight and had another great experience. We were originally told there would be a bit of a wait, but the staff kindly offered to seat us at the bar if we didn’t mind having our son there — which we didn’t. When we sat down, they even had Shrek playing right in front of us. It was such a thoughtful touch and made my son so happy. At the end of our meal our son was gifted a treat from Matthew, our wonderful waiter! Cherry on top for our son, since we were out celebrating amazing grades on his progress report.
The team here is consistently kind, considerate, and attentive. This restaurant truly goes above and beyond every single time. Highly recommend!

Omg...AMAZING! A friend and I stopped here to grab some dinner and drinks before a show and everything from start to finish was incredible. We sat at the bar and were served by Matt. He was awesome!! He answered all of our questions, promptly took our orders because we were in a bit of a rush, and was so thorough with my friend's allergy. He also checked on us often once our food arrived! The food...WOW! We ordered guacamole and chips (2 bowls of guacamole..it was so good) and we each ordered 3 tacos. Every single bit we took was so flavorful. The OG fish was my favourite, but again...ALL were excellent! Between the amazing service, spectacular food and lively atmosphere this place is a must!

For a gluten free restaurant, the tacos are great. All are pretty good, no terrible ones. The service is great. We tried the achiote chicken, fried fish, Brussels sprouts, fried chicken. It’s delicious but we wouldn’t think about it in the days after.

Looks like a bar but they charge like a 5 star restaurant, tacos are way too small and just drowned in cilantro. Atmosphere is awful, have a movie going like I’m at some dive bar with kids running around. Wouldn’t eat here for free too bad I can only give a one star, not low enough.
