An excellent selection of ice cream, very unique flavors that you don't often see. The price was reasonable as well. Server was friendly. What I don't like is from the moment I came in through the side door, the door handle was super sticky. The floor needs repairs and although the decor looks cute and fun, it is rather dingy and could benefit from a deep clean.

Worst "poutines" I've ever had. The fries are overcooked yet cold. It looks like the fries were dried in month old burnt oil. Cheese curds are not curds...just chunks of cheese that didn't melt since the dish was cold.

When you order a corn dog.. you kinda expect it to be made with a cornmeal batter ....at The Palour it is served with Tempura batter?? The result ....a very soggy, sad, hotdog on a stick. Is it just me? Read "pickle fries " on the menu,.... I'm thinking deep-fried pickle spears... I was dead wrong. It's fries with dill pickle seasoning, topped with...... sweet pickle shards...tf?

It was our first time here with my children. From the name, I thought it would be a quaint, well-maintained ice cream parlor. ?? When I walked in through the side door, it was a small, basic, and almost empty space. ? It didn't feel like a dairy bar at all. However, the service was exceptional! ? The person behind the counter was amazing. She helped my children choose the perfect flavors, and they were so happy. ? Seeing their smiles when I asked if they had a good time convinced me we'll definitely be back! #familytime #icecreamlovers #greatservice
