First time trying it and had kinda a confusing experience, the people working there were nice and helpful. The first thing was they didn’t have subs which are on the menu… she said it was a new menu and were working on it which is fine, then not sure why you wouldn’t just leave the sub page out of the menu sleeve until you do. Ordered a chicken parm and she had to check if there was chicken … asked me if I could wait 10 mins to make chicken fresh and I said not really as I was running errands and either would have ordered something else or gone somewhere else, but then she assured me she had a portion. The sandwich ended up being okay flavour wise but I’ve never had a chicken parm that had cut strips of chicken, usually it’s a full cutlet or a few cutlets… so I suspect I didn’t actually get a full portion of chicken most bites were just bread and sauce. The size was ok but even if there was more chicken didn’t seem particularly high quality I don’t think it’s worth it.

The veal sandwich was not even fresh veal, was processed Patty and tasted very mushy also not very flavorful. A friend had ordered this before but I guess new ownership it's gone downhill. Not even fresh chicken also a process Patty as well. And the sauce was not very tasty. A very small sandwich that had no flavor especially for the cost. Would not go back again.

Food was terrible. Garlic bread was small dinner rolls . Spaghetti with meat sauce had basically no meat in the sauce and not enough sauce . Bottom lf the containers were full of water noodles were over cooked and mush. Chicken in the ceaser salad was not cooked enough and tasted like frozen bread chicken. Had a deal so we tried it if there was no deal would of cost us 92$. Ridiculous price especially what you get for food. Grade F. Don't recommend

Almost $12 for 3 meatballs on a tiny bun. Way over priced for the portions. You cant just buy pre-made food and sauce and slap it on a bun for premium prices and call yourself a restaurant. I know what michalangelos pre-made meatballs taste like from Walmart.

On May 16, 2025 I spent close to $40 on the purchase of 2 breaded mystery meat patties served on a fancy hamburger bun. I ordered the veal sangwich, like I've done before, expecting it to be a veal sangwich like I've had before.
Not sure if new ownership is there but, something very, very drastic and wrong has happened to this establishment. It's just sad when a coffee truck veal sandwich is far superior to this product. Shame on you.
I almost forgot...nice product packaging!

Gone wayyyy down hill with new owners. Bun is wrong for Italian sandwich- it’s like brioche and gets mushy. They say it’s “unique” but they should care more about what their customers want and are expecting for an Italian sandwich.
The veal wasn’t right either - it wasn’t pounded out properly and actually was also mushy. Unsure it was real veal. Sauce is flavourless now. Prices literally doubled on Ubereats and increased by $2 in store.

Big disappointment because I was a regular customer before with old owners. And I was craving that precious veal sandwich.

Just no. I should’ve gone to Andy’s for a sub across the street.
