i order thru UBER eats they charged me $47 for a cancelled order that wasnt even placed for 5 mins and the reason i cancelled it is because the food was going to take over an hour to get made and sent. they have the balls to say they were already making my order when it was still in the prep phase. Ridiculous and unacceptable. so these guys jacked me for nothing.

I ordered their classic poutine on Uber eats and it’s safe to say this is the WORST poutine I’ve ever had. If you like dry stale flavourless poutine with almost little to no gravy with plain bland fries this is the place for you. I would recommend McDonalds or any other place that sells poutine than this poutine factory. Please save your money and appetite and go else where. I’m embarrassed for them that they are called “the poutine factory” and can’t make poutine.
