The Shuck Truck is a great little outdoor spot, with absolutely delicious seafood. I got the Po’Boy Haddock Sandwich, a shrimp taco, and 3 oysters for only $25. The oysters were absolutely delicious, but honestly everything was. The fish and shrimp were so flavorful and weren’t overpowered by the toppings. You can guarantee I will be back. A must try when you're in Hamilton. Their po' boys are incredible. My husband has been craving some since New Orleans and these ones are just as good (and that's saying something indeed). Ramsen is the sweetest, most engaging owner. You're the cherry on top of Locke St and it will remain that way as long as your blue truck exists on that street.

Loved eating lunch at The Shuck Truck this past summer. Huge fan of the Shrimp Po Boy and both Shrimp and Fish Tacos. Portions are a great size and staff is always friendly and chatty. Immaculate vibes
