We were very happy with our first visit here. The food was good, the wanton nachos were some of the best I’ve ever had. I had the fish and chips which were pretty good. The restaurant itself is nice and clean and pleasant to eat it. They had live music which was nice background music and not too loud. Patio looked awesome but it was 30+ when we went so we ate inside. Would go back especially for the nachos!!

We had lunch on their pretty patio and the service was fantastic. We ended up sharing a few things as the portion sizes were generous. Their truffle fries and sweet potato fries were perfectly done!

My wife and I went out to try somewhere we haven’t been before and came across The Squire. Which we were so happy we did. It was an early lunch for us and the place was quiet , but the service was on point and timely. Conversation was engaging and welcoming. My wife and I went for the mussels and the calamari. We were floored. The flavour was spot on, the crispy chorizo sausage was an excellent addition to the calamari. The mussels in the white wine sauce were delectable. We will be back. Thank you to the wonderful staff for a great time out

I think it was a service assistant, but whoever greeted us at the door was absolutely horrendous; our server/manager was amazing, saved the whole experience. But for real, they need to work on that server assistance.  The dumplings are to die for!!

Great patio and cool pub vibe. The Manager Daniela was absolutely awesome. I had some food restrictions for medical reasons and she was extremely helpful and accommodating. Kind and friendly staff. Great place to relax and unwind.

It was my first time at the locke location (I've been to ye Olde on upper James), and it exceeded my expectations.
Beautiful indoor seating and calm environment

Well I'm really striking out on Locke. After walking out of the Westown for no service. I come here and right away given a full menu which is promising. Then take a few minutes to oder a glass of wine. Server eventually brings and then leaves. I assume I can still order food. After waiting again I finally ask my server who I guess normally works at the bat if the kitchen is still open. She says no. I say I wish I knew that! She seemed annoyed at my reaction. Didn't even ask me if wanted the bill. Just brought it to me. So if if I give WT a bad review, Squires also gets one.
