horrible location! been there today around 9pm! no one even bothered to take my order and I was the only one waiting literally I waited for 5 mins standing there like a stupid. The lady saw me waiting but instead of taking my order she went to use washroom! and other guy was just chilling at the back! I even called and knocked the station still no response! So I had to come back and go to another location.

Ordered from the app and keep getting my order wrong. I ordered 9 powered timbits and instead I got 9 assorted timbits. This is happened more then 3 times.

I never had concerns with this Tim Hortons...however today I went to my usual location and walked in cos the drive thru was closed (assuming cos its a holiday). Went in, not busy at all, literally no wait). I ordered an ice coffee, and drove to work ( maybe 30 min drive).
When I finally got the chance to drink it, I noticed something black near the straw area but ignored it cos I assumed it was coffee grounds or something. After I took a sip, looking down into my lid, I saw two giant ants floating on top ice cubes.
I understand I did not look down nor took a sip of my drink until getting to work. My complaint is simply finding these two big ants floating in my drink. The drink went from purchasing in store and transferring to my car ( I do not have ants in my vehicle).
I just wanted to spread awareness in case others have experienced the same recently. As someone with OCD, this was triggering to find.

Just was confused as to why I ordered a farmers sausage wrap with egg. I wanted the egg on the side and was charged more. Do I have to just order a farmers sausage wrap with egg and remove the egg myself?.
