Not sure the lady’s name that was working the drive thru window at about 8:15am this morning Thursday June 5th, but she needs to do some training on customer service. She was extremely rude when I had asked her if they can remake my iced coffee. She asked what the problem with it was, I said it was disgusting, tasted like dirt water. With the window open mocked me to coworkers. That is extremely disrespectful. When she gave me the new Iced Coffee she shoved it in my face. Again disrespectful. Management needs to have a conversation with this girl she is rude and needs to learn how to talk to customers or just don’t work with the public in general. The remade iced coffee again was not drinkable but I was not about to go back through the drive thru or inside because of her.

I've been coming to Timmies for63 years now.I even met ,Mr.Horton at my father's place of work.Along with Vic Hatfield and Bobby Hull.Shook hands with them all.Mr Hulls hand swallowed mine up. Very gentle grip and said it was a pleasure to met the son of the best skate sharpener he knew. He was taller than I and twice as wide in the shoulders.

Myself and my boyfriend went into this Tim Hortons today as it is close to my house. An hour after leaving we recieved a phone call from my daughter in law that an employee there by the name of Dee took our picture from the security camera and sent it to her asking we never go back. She has a decades old issue with me I guess. The behavior on her part is very unproffessional and i would ask that my photo not be taken for doing nothing but ordering food and a drink from a Timmies in my neighborhood.

HEALTH AND SAFETY ISSUE! While waiting for our bagels at the drive thru window, we witnessed the woman making our bagels (not wearing gloves) cut her finger, wipe it on her shirt and continue making our bagel while examining her thumb. Needless to say, we drove away. Absolutely disgusting. I wrote the following one star review 3 years ago and it seems this place has gone even more downhill…
Long waits, lots of items out of stock / can’t fulfill mobile orders. Staff seems stressed. And the parking lot is a disaster. Who runs this place?
