Rude and unprofessional drive thru attendant. Immediately had a bad attitude and chastised customers for not instantly seeing their out of stock sign.
Overall completely unprofessional and bitter at the world because he never amounted to anything more than counter help.

There was one blonde girl that was horrible. Always complaining that she has no help in front of the customers. We needed the key for the bathroom and she said she would get to it when she could. Just awful

I have been a long tim Timmy's customer, my complaint walk in customers are supposed to be important, not blushed off as one person to handle counter, online orders and unlocking bathroom. I feel disrespected and have watched people walk out, lines taking too long. This management and franchise owner fault. Also many Tim's not as clean as used to be

Very little selection of anything in the baked goods case, there was one cash open and a line out the door and nobody was in a rush to be getting things moving, serving guests, or completing orders, employees were snippy with customers, and not in any kind of hurry to get anything done. Waited in line for 3 people ahead of me who only ordered drinks for over 15 minutes

Longest wait ever, 4 people on drive thru, 2 of wich are standing around and one person trying to deal with a busy counter. 20 minutes in line at tim hortons is unacceptable.

I’ve had two negative experiences in a row at this location with the same employee, Mandy. Both times, I simply asked for my Iced Capp to be made with extra java, but instead of handling it politely, she gave me attitude.. even towards the girl at the other window. Yesterday and today it turned into an unnecessary issue, despite me asking nicely.
I spoke with the manager and while he did address it, Mandy continued speaking loudly in front of customers, which felt unprofessional. These conversations should be taken aside.
It’s disappointing to see customer service handled this way. Thankfully, JoJo at this location is always lovely and professional.. thank you to her!
First thing I see is a sign on the door no public washroom. Ok not great but I think we can all sit down to enjoy our order. Then after ordering i notice the dine in area is blocked. Now I'm really annoyed, there was no sign indicating this. Now one drinkwas a large drink, which reas ally is more like a medium. Asked for lite ice, got half a cup and it was 1 inch from full. For a lemonade drink that cost almost 4.00 with tax it's a ripoff.

Please do yourself a favour and don't go there, every time I go there, there staff is so rude for no reason, and not just me they hate every customer they see, they feel so depressed after seeing a customer.

Came by yesterday morning & ordered a timbit summer bucket online with some other items. When I got to the pick up window I was informed that they no longer had buckets anymore & I needed to go online to get my refund.
I contacted customer service via online after I'd left the location only to find out they don't do refunds online & I apparently need to go back to that location.
I'm out of town now & won't be back till next weekend. I don't appreciate being told the wrong thing, then being given the run around for my refund (online customer service is usually great, but it was down right awful yesterday). I'm out over $10 now.
Can someone help me out with this situation please?

No one is at front counter they all just chat at drive through wasting everyone's time and they can't take a simple order I ordered a double double and didn't even get that right
I visited this location around 3’0 clock in the morning, this location shows online it’s open 24/7 and mobile app has option to order at this location. Two ladies working inside could see me at the front door, was locked and at drive thru they said they can’t serve so they were very rude. Why they have the option for 24/7 if you can’t serve even at the drive thru. Wasted my time, really bad experience even my order was placed through mobile app

Very slow service absolute refusal to open a second till when there's a rush inside orders get shafted fri priority of drive thru you don't need 6 at drive thru do better for your team this is due to lack of responsibility from the owner
