their milk and cream machine has needed calibrating for the last 6 months, the tea and coffee here always taste bad because of it. every time you walk in there's one person on the store front and everyone else in the back, or at the drive through. minimum 15-20 min wait. have even walked in on the one worker at the front crying from the stress as the line is out the door and she's on her own. this is a busy location, the owner should care more for the business AND even moreso for the employees and have at least two people per shift at the front of the store, and ensure they fix the machines. i went today for the first time in two months and nothing has changed since i visited last in december.

I rarely ever do negative reviews, but I feel this needs to be heard. Ive lived in Hamilton for 1.5 years and have always come to this Tim Hortons. The staff are usually always so friendly and nice. However the last 2 times Ive visited via drive thru, the brown female staff at the window is extremely rude. I am also brown and thus this has nothing to do with race. The first time I was serviced by her, I asked for a sleeve for my cup and a bag for my wrap as I was going to the mall with my 4 month old after. She rolled her eyes and handed me the sleeve to do it myself. I figured she was having a bad day. However I just went again today, and asked her politely again for a sleeve and a bag for my wrap. She rolled her eyes and huffed at me and walked away. She handed the bag to me and before she turned around I let her know calmly saying âyoure very rude and I dont appreciate itâ and she responded âokâ and turned to her screen. Im not saying every person needs to be full of sunshine and rainbows but PAYING customers shouldnât feel like they are an inconvenience when they are politely asking for something. Dont put miserable people who evidently hate their job at a drive thru window. The bare minimum in customer service would be to not huff and roll your eyes and to apologize. She needs some manners and formal training. Youâd be surprised how much attitude from her can make you feel upset and ruin your day. Safe to say I will be giving my business elsewhere.

This Tim Horton's location is very busy, located along Kenilworth avenue around Centre Mall. Drive thru and dine-in are accomodated. There are outdoor seats available. There are several tables inside but almost completely occupied during the day. I have no issue with their drinks and pastries. Service is alright and without bad experience so far. This location has a lot of staff to run daily operations.

I can't understand why they don't designate a parking spot for people that drive through and Order hundreds of dollars worth of food and Order $100 worth of food

Did you guys know that you have a take out counter and not just a drive thru? The counter is never adequately staffed. The poor counter person is always alone when I go in, stuck preparing mobile/delivery orders while serving walk ins, with no back up. Meanwhile there are 6 people working at the drive thru, but somehow that is slow too. Its a very poorly managed store. I'll go down the road from now on.
To many people come in here just for the wifi which would be fine if they actually bought something while they were here to contribute to the establishment. People not only dont buy anything but they bring in food and drinks from other places which to me is just wrong.

Drive thru and mobile orders take priority so the line inside is neglected. They do not care about customers in the store just that they make their drive thru times as fast as possible. DO NOT GO IN THIS LOCATION UNLESS YOU HAVE AN HOUR TO SPARE!
