They always get your food wrong.And it's not very good.I would never go there.The only thing I get is an ice cap.Every time I feel and sick gets is dark.Roast.Coffee. they all make it terrible, except for the place across from hagler's flea market.That place always makes this dark gross good and everybody on the internet complains about tim horton, so I don't know why they even go there

This Tim Hortons is something else. Drive thru wait took 10-15 mins at least, when I finally get my order it's missing a breakfast wrap. I went inside to get a replacement (which I was willing to pay for), the place was dump, not only dirty but full of addicts at nearly every table, line up out the door as well.

I went to the bagel bar and they told me go wait at the end till, the staff went back to get someone to speak with me and they came out of the back and started making food orders instead of coming to talk to me. Never have I had to wait over 30 mins for a breakfast wrap. I had to leave without breakfast for myself this morning because they left me waiting not only at the drive thru but standing at a till for no reason. Very insulting and inconsiderate of other people's time/schedule.

The usual drive through staff has always been very pleasant however the odd times like today (September 26th 2025) there's a different staff member in drive through and gets my order wrong- a loaded box and a wrap are totally different things, doesn't even sound the same, the lady at drive through had the audacity to tell me I ordered a wrap,like it was my fault. I said no I didn't, I know what I ordered.. Anyways, not a pleasant experience today, that same lady also got my order wrong previously. I want the regular staff back. They were always so much nicer! Dropped a star because of this.
I took the wrap, and just said never mind and gave it away to the homeless. There's a whole line of cars behind me and I'm off to work. I don't have time to argue about drivthroughs mistake.im literally here EVERY SINGLE morning, the regular staff has never been rude.

My go to every morning! Every person at drive through has always been pleasant even at 6/7am!

I visited this location on November 24 at around 4:00 AM. When we pulled up to the drive-thru and greeted the speaker, the employee taking our order immediately scolded us, saying they were “extremely busy” and that saying hello was “not appropriate.”

We ordered three items, but before handing us the third one, the employee said goodbye and tried to close out the order. When we mentioned that our iced coffee was still missing, she checked with her coworker—who confirmed it was still being made—but then criticized us again for “hurrying” them.

The store’s atmosphere and design are very nice, but the attitude of the two workers made this experience extremely disappointing.

I wont be going back to this location and I live across the street basically. Its only 6pm and even though there was only one car infront of me I was still waiting to have my order taken for more then usual then mid order was asked to hold on and waited some more. The customer service was so poor and they employees seemed really agitated. When I got to the window was upset about my experience I asked for the manager and not one on shift the other employee very rudely asked what the issue was I just simply responded with i just asked for the manager he then said to come back tomorrow so I asked for a name so I call instead of having to show up he said we dont give out names its confidential, but im pretty sure they wear name tags so 🤷‍♀️ get home and our donuts are stale. Do better tims Im a every day customer and im close to never returning.

Order a classic breakfast sausage sandwich aswell as a double stack breakfast sandwich and they gave us the sandwiches we drove off and saw no egg in them. Also service was very slow

Keep your washrooms functional specially in winter. And when its not, have the basic courtesy to put a sign that its not functional. Its pretty basic and if you cant even do that, what kind of a canadian business are you?

I've never had a problem driving my ebike through any drive though except here, apparently they cant serve me on an ebike and I have to come inside. If they can talk to me through the window and tell me they cant serve me on an ebike surely they can just take my order and give me my food.

Rude and unprofessional drive thru attendant. Immediately had a bad attitude and chastised customers for not instantly seeing their out of stock sign.

Overall completely unprofessional and bitter at the world because he never amounted to anything more than counter help.
