Very slow service absolute refusal to open a second till when there's a rush inside orders get shafted fri priority of drive thru you don't need 6 at drive thru do better for your team this is due to lack of responsibility from the owner
Yeah I didn't like what one particular person did. They just walked right in and took the seat where my friend could actually take a seat. It was a seating area for wheelchair people and this person just walked right in and popped his stuff in that spot and decided to do whatever he does. I didn't appreciate it that day
Whoever is in charge of ordering inventory clearly isn't doing their job. 3rd time in 2 weeks they have no eggs, no hash browns, no ice caps, had me sitting in the drive thru wanting nothing after everything I ordered they were apparently out of..
The atmosphere was not the best and the service was a bit disorganized but employees were nice.
People begging for change aggressively out front. The lady taking my order asked me to repeat it 3 times. The proceeded to enter the wrong thing until I corrected her for the fourth time.
Location can not make a double double to save their lives. Coffee was made wrong dream donuts all came in the same bag sticking together and creating a huge mess would give 0 stars but not able to.
Keep up the great friendly customer service! everytime im there to pick up myself a hot cup of coffee or iced drinks...theres always smiles, laughter n friendliness!

I don’t know when it started being a thing but “ we can’t cut bagels” should NOT be a thing you hear.
1. I asked the lady that took the order to cut our young nieces bagel in 4 and she said sure.
2. When picking up our bagels when called I asked if they were cut, again little girl eating it. Than with a little aggression “we can’t cut bagels but I can give you a knife to cut or yourself.”
3. If you want me to cut my own bagel provide me with a knife that will cut a dang bagel.
I just can’t imagine why they can’t cut a bagel and being aware children and some individuals with special needs need their food cut in smaller pieces.(which I have both in my family so this is frustrating)
Dull wooden knife what am I gunna do with that.

Went there this morning I tried to add a bagel to my order they said no I would have to drive all the way back round to drive through I did I asked them to make sure the bagel was toasted but it wasn’t that store has got worse with staff they have no respect for there customers

Really gone downhill since they got all fancy! No one knows what a cappuccino is or how to make one. Don't offer an item if your staff are untrained and your equipment is substandard
