What’s the point of wearing gloves if the girl making food today is on her phone and touching her phone? Normally the other workers are really good, but this Friday lady isn’t following general health and safety rules.
I love the staff at this location, but the owner needs to call in pest control. I seen a cockroach crawling right beside the sugar dispenser. I bought a bagel and donut and I wanted to ask for a refund but because of the pissy smell everywhere made me want to just run.

This place is a complete joke I went there tonight after going to the movies to grab a coffee and I was standing at the mobile order and I looked over to the show case where the donuts were and there was 1 sprinkle donut left so I ordered it thinking I would get it NOPE some other person ordered at the counter after me and she got the donut so I said aren’t mobile orders supposed to go first I waited 5 minutes before the other lady ordered the donut I honestly hate the costumer service and the employees are nasty and just plain rude and half of them don’t care about there costumer I understand were in downtown Hamilton but still respect your costumers

Put in mobile order. Nobody working the mobile counter. 5 mins later I asked someone and explained I had a bus to catch. She told me she wasn’t working drinks and stood wiping a counter.
