The food quality was good, but unfortunately, my experience was ruined by poor service. The lady in red lipstick was rude and unprofessional, making me feel unwelcome. Customer service is just as important as the food, and this place needs to work on how they treat their guests. Disappointed!”

Almost everyday i come to this tim hortons before i head to school! 3 staff members always remember my order and are always so friendly! i honestly only remember one of their names, Rose! Rose and 2 other ladies there are always in a good mood, wanting to communicate and so friendly! the overall feel of the place is good to me, it’s placed in a rougher area but overall it’s a really good place. Great workers here!

Messed up the 5 orders ahead of me, mine, and the 5 behind me.
Go elsewhere.

O M G. This tims is ridiculous compared to the one by nations. 20 mins for sausage wrap and 10 just to heat up a pastry. Why???

Not even worth going to anymore they can't even put the proper ingredients in your coffee or the correct amounts. Been consistently bad for over 2 months. Check your machines and clean them, they clearly need to be recalibrated.

Don’t bother doing mobile orders cause it won’t be ready even if you give a fair amount of time. The poor girls working here are understaffed in relation to the amount of work they have to do.

Wow been working at jackson for 4 years this place was amazing. As of 2 weeks ago I've been ordering my coffee and it's not calibrated enough. And the new people are just not good at their job taking orders. As a ex employee from 2004. When you take the order. Put the reciept in the back in order to make it easier for the person making coffee to do it properly. I used to spend about $12-$18 a day up until 2 week ago. Now I barley want my coffee. Might have to chuck my way to the other end of the mall at the other Tim's location if this continues.

Horrible customer service!!!! First they messed up my order and that's not really a big deal...I understand because I work in customer service as well. However, when I told them that they messed up my order and I asked for a remake, the girl showed me unnecessary attitude and told me that I should explain that to another person for a remake. Even after all this, when I got the
remake I had to face that terrible attitude again.
This is unbelievable. No apologies but rude attitude.
Not recommended at all.
