This is hands-down one of the worst-run Tim Hortons locations I’ve ever been to. The staff clearly don’t pay attention, don’t care, and don’t take responsibility for their mistakes. I ordered plain croissant and somehow ended up with something completely different. When I tried to get it corrected, I got attitude instead of customer service.
The level of incompetence here is unbelievable. They can mess up a simple order and then still act like they’re doing you a favour by replacing only ONE item. It’s honestly embarrassing for a brand like Tim Hortons to have a location run this poorly.
Avoid this store unless you enjoy wasting your time, your money, and your patience.
