Today morning, I ordered farmers wrap without egg but they put egg in it. I had to throw
wrap in the garbage. I am very disappointed.

Every time the bagel is never cut in half, not sure why they don’t do this. I ask for double toasted and it’s usually barely toasted.

It’s consistently not good. They don’t even give out bags for 2+ bagels, saying they don’t have any. This has happened multiple times on multiple occasions.

The one on Main is much better.

This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Tim Hortons. I ordered 5 bagels and 5 drinks, including 2 vanilla iced coffees with espresso foam. Not only did the coffees taste absolutely disgusting — nothing like vanilla (which I always get at other locations) — but when I asked politely for them to be remade, I was flat-out refused.

I specifically asked for my bagels to be double toasted, and instead I got bagels that weren’t toasted at all. It honestly felt like they couldn’t care less about the order.

What made everything worse was the staff. The way the ladies inside spoke to me was shockingly rude. One of them actually said to me, “I don’t have time for you.” Imagine hearing that after spending your money and trusting a brand you usually enjoy.

I left feeling disrespected, disappointed, and shocked that this is how customers are treated. This location has completely ruined the Tim Hortons experience for me. Absolutely unacceptable.

This location can never get a vanilla or pumpkin spice Lattes right both tasted the same as a regular latte..3 rd experience . I think manager should know perhaps they can do something

This location consistently gives me watered down stale coffee in the afternoon. Well at least the last couple of times.
Last time on August 7/2025 at around 6:00pm at the King and Dundurn location they handed me a half drank ice cap while they were laughing about it too. My dark roast coffee was a watered down and stale luke warm flavourless garbage. The Indian guy in his 30s seems to find ruining people’s drinks hilarious. I don’t typically bother complaining about businesses. I just don’t go back as there’s competition everywhere, but these guys are gonna get people sick.
I like Tim’s though so luckily this is really the only one that I won’t go to. I take a different route to work daily to dodge this location.

Employees at this location specifically the supervisor Gia she deals very nicely to everyone I can honestly say serve their customers with a smile. This effort is one I've always appreciated greatly.
I recommend visiting this particular Tim Hortons, you wont be let down.
