Took 15 minutes to bring me a toasted bagel and a roast beef craveable. No nothing just said I guess we gave your food to the drive-through. They served six customers ahead of me while looking at me and ignoring people asking for straws for their drinks. Avoid this Tim Hortons at all costs.

I was shocked this morning when an older lady who processed us as the window, told us directly that the staff “apparently can’t understand English” because they were instructed to send a drink out the window once finished and not set on the counter. Slandering staff DIRECTLY to customers? Will not be going back. Poor teenagers.
best service of any timmies that i ever experienced

If you want to be late for your appointment, stop by here it’s guaranteed to suck at least 20 minutes out of your life. The drive-through is absolutely atrocious. I don’t know what time zone these people are operating on, but it’s certainly not. The one. The store is located in.
Drive through needs to be better.
Ah Nikki. Never have I ever met someone in a service worker job with such a wonderful personality and disposition. She’s always friendly and kind. Today there was a return in the drive thru and she came out to the cars individually and apologized for the wait. She’s lovely to interact with and the main reason we come to the Tim Hortons at Kenilworth. Weather she’s on drive thru or cash.

Hire more people that comprehend English and know how to clean and maintain a restaurant. What a disgusting Tim Hortons and disgrace to the name. Never get orders right. Food quality I would not feed to my dog. Restaurant smells like death when you go inside. Gross gross gross…

Tim Hortons is nothing like it used to be. What kind of coffee and donut shop features flatbread pizza?
